Located in the middle of nowhere

Located in the middle of nowhere without access to any public transportation or cannot even flag down a taxi. Worst experience with staff at jurisdict office with limited or no knowledge of English. We wish to get a taxi to get in town and seek assistance from the staff, all they say is not available. Luckily the security guard at the gate realized that we wish to get a taxi and help us to get one. In terms of set up in room, it is not bad, comfort with all necessities, however, unless you know Thai or knowledgeable on how the transport system works in Hua Hin, will not recommend this place.
