I was very disappointed with this hotel. Staff is not welcoming at all. Cleanliness was not great either ! There was so many live bugs and scorpions everywhere on beds restroom and everything. My husband made the hotel aware of this and they were careless so we just had to go. The same day we arrived we checked out. I can’t say one good thing about the hotel. The only thing that was nice is the area where it’s located because it’s in the center of a lot of good restaurants and many things to do. Also when we checked out hotel said they will refund and that was a lie because they didn’t want to make a refund. Overall I know scorpion bites aren’t deadly but it’s very unpleasant and I am pregnant and have two kids and I wasn’t going to put anyone in my family through that unpleasant experience. Beware !

El lugar es céntrico, a 5 minutos de la playa Chahué y Santa Cruz. El hotel está cerca de tiendas para ir de compras, no necesitas de un auto si te hospedas aquí. El lugar es muy limpio y precioso. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

El tamaño de la habitación es bueno pero ya la regadera está muy desgastada, en general es un buen lugar para dormir, peroooo justo enfrente hay un antro con música bastante fuerte hasta las 3am! Si te gusta bailar la ubicación te encantará, si no sufrirás un poco para dormír!

Hotel muy bien ubicado en el mero centro de Huatulco, personal muy amable y lo único que cambiaría serían las cortinas, chedrahui te queda a 10 min caminando, el único inconveniente es que está un poco retirada la playa Santa Cruz y te tienes que ir en taxi y te cobra treinta pesos.

There aren't any lounge chairs by the pool anymore, so it's difficult to relax and/or sunbathe. Also, they don't provide towels for the beach only the pool, because they said the sand ruins the washing machine. Also, be prepared for a lot of noise from the zocalo in front, even in the middle of the week.

En general es un hotel con todas las comodidades muy centrico, a un lado de la Iglesia de la crucecita, frente al quiosco, al otro lado del mercado local y a 3 cuadras de la estacion de autobuses. Mi unica observacion en contra es el servicio de internet que solo pude utlizar mi ultima noche y cuando trate de obtener ayuda del personal solo me dijo que por la cantidad de gente en el hotel el Wifi no era suficiente para todos, creo que si lo promocionas como un servicio mas en tu establecimiento debes de asegurarte siempre funcione PARA TODOS, sin importar la cantidad de gente que esten hospedados al mismo tiempo.

Location, location, location
The hotel has a great concept. However, it's all in the details. The hotel is located directly across the town square. I stayed in a 2 bdrm suite. The pool is large and clean. The bathroom issue I ran into was the shower in both bathrooms had no pressure, the towels were dingy, frayed and stained, no hand towels, the ceiling had mold, the shower curtain was ripped and stained. The maids would come in exchange your towels and do your bed. They would sweep or mop. Our feet were so gross, we had to wear our flip flops inside. The windows are paper thin and don't seem secure. Like I said it's all in the details. They need better handicap access to the suites. The hotel staff was not helpful.

Excelente ubicación , costo accesible por noche (disminuye entre semana) así gastas en otras diversiones y comida, solo sugiero construir rampas para ingresar con maletas de ruedas en los pisos superiores , pues fue incomodo cargar y control remoto para el aire acondicionado.

Hospedaje agradable y económico en Huatulco.
Buen hotel y sobre todo en el corazón del centro de Huatulco. Agradable su atención. Vale la pena hospedarse. Se respira tranquilidad. Excepto sus cortinas que te hacen por la luz del sol levantarte más temprano. Todo bien.

¡Cuidado al reservar en este hotel!
Hice mi reservacion con mucho tiempo de anticipacion, tiempo después llame para confirmar la fecha me dijeron que aun no tenían las reservaciones con ellos pero no existía ningún problema, llame el dia del check in por la mañana, me dijeron que seguían sin tener mi reservacion pero que llevara mi hoja impresa, al llegar al hotel dijeron que no tenian ese tipo de habitacion, la persona que se encontraba en recepcion tomó una postura en la que no le daba importancia a la situacion.

Fue de emergencia cancelaron nuestro vuelo y queríamos quedarnos cerca del centro para cualquier eventualidad, se le metia el agua a la habitación, no nos dejaron toallas y tuve que pedirlas, nos salvo de la emergencia pero no es un bonito hotel

Perfect location
A couple of nights in downtown Huatulco. Lots to do and see, and a really nice 15 min walk to the Marina and beach. I love this Hotel, its simple and clean and right on the square.

Mexican style hotel
Mexican style hotel in centre of town. Very convenient to great restaurants, the Mercado, and lots of shops. Staff does not speak English but we still managed to communicate. Rooms were clean and bed was comfy. No in-room safe as advertised and pool is only waist deep. We did enjoy our stay nonetheless.

Hotel céntrico todo queda cerca
A favor: El hotel se encuentra en el centro, en un lugar muy bien ubicado, sus instalaciones son muy amplias, las habitaciones están extremadamente limpias (sábanas, almohadas, cobijas, piso, baños) es algo que en ningún otro hotel había visto, y el aire acondicionado enfría súper rápido. Las personas que nos atendieron fueron siempre muy amables, y siempre buscaron brindarnos el mejor servicio, la alberca es grande, pero no es profunda y tiene chapoteadero. Viajé con una persona que no podía subir escaleras y la rampa que mencionan está un poco lejos de la habitación que me tocó, pero al menos no subió escaleras, en todo momento tuvimos agua caliente. En contra: Hace falta un poco de mantenimiento a las habitaciones, en algunos lugares se ven despintadas, la mayoría de las habitacioes tiene un balcón y la cortina es demasiado ligera, por lo que entra la luz de la calle fácilmente, no cuenta con frigobar, pero puedes pedir que guarden la insulita en la cocina (eso sí, te la etiquetan por habitación para no confundir con la de algún otro huésped). Las habitaciones están un poco "justas", es decir si te toca levantarte del lado que está pegado a la pared, tienes justo el espacio para poder hacerlo.

Old hotel, they do what they can
My room was spacious. Looks like the building has seen better days. The staff is not the most helpful. The hotel needs work. The maid told they were just about to start renovating. A few things were not working but they really did their best to fix them. The cafe on the street was too hot but also very nice with great service. Excellent location right on the plaza.
