"We were not able to eat breakfast as we left before 8 am each morning and I requested a credit towards dinner and while the staff asked the management never replied in three weeks. Other than this small disappointment the stay was great. Get away from San Juan and enjoy some peace and quiet. Just know if you were to have an issue management ignores it but the onsite staff are awesome and will do anything within their power to help."
