"The room was pleasant and had everything I needed. It was nice to have a small town experience and the location was perfect for me between Devil's Tower and entering the Black Hills through Spearfish Canyon."

"Room was clean adn staff was accommodating since we were coming in after check in hours. Bed was a little hard and seemed too small to be a queen. It would be nice if the wifi password was listed in the room somewhere since there is no cell service in the area. In the dark it is hard to find the office, much less look for the password posted on the door. A nice printed notice for the rooms doesn't seem like a lot to ask. Otherwise quiet, clean, and a beautiful area."

"Clean, comfortable king bed. Heating system a little confusing. There was only one sink, in the mini kitchen; no sink in the bathroom. That worked out okay. But the biggest deficit is that there is no lighting for makeup in the large bathroom mirror. I had to use my hand mirror near a window. Everything else was fine. The lack of lighting is why I can only rate it as Good. There is an absolutely beautiful scenic valley view from the front deck. A table and chairs are provided on the deck, very pleasant sitting spot. We saw wild turkeys."

"Room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and neat. Nice and quiet. There was no elevator which was not a problem. The only negative was the free wifi was turned off at midnight."
