“This is a local island in which there are many different hotels there. This hotel I have chosen is perfect for me! I live on the very top room and I can see the moonlight and the sea-view every night and day. The Staff are extremely helpful for all my requests (such as arranging excursions like snorkelling trip visiting nurse shark and sunset fishing trips) and they always serve with a smiley faces. The island is full of lovely cats.”

“So on arrival we were forced to stay next door to this hotel as its owned by the same owner. On approach to the room: - pile of hair with a cotton bud in it The room HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED: - Human hair all over floor - dirt & dust in glasses (manager started using a dirty tissue to wipe it with - as im sure that would help) - stains all over sheets & pillows. (Apparently its how they dry them on rusty apparatus) - human hair on sheets - bathroom was dirty - soap dispenser empty - shower gel...
