“Very disappointing stay at Langstone Quay Hotel. The room was poorly maintained and several basic amenities were missing despite booking for three guests. Only two mugs and two hot chocolates were provided, and only five pillows instead of six. Reception promised to send another pillow but nothing ever arrived. “It is clean but there was a big spider crawling on the bed frame. Asked the receptionist for help they came but they did’t caught it as one of them was more scared than the spider. You can clearly hear the sound of closing door of nearby rooms. So you can wake up with the loud banging noise.”

However, we were given a very hot top-floor room during 28°C weather, with no air conditioning and windows that barely opened. The fan provided did not help and none of us could sleep.
