"No one is at the actual desk. You have to talk to the kiosk and check in takes forever. The room did not feel secure as the sliding door did not latch. Booked 2 night stayed a few hours and left. "

"Clean and comfortable. Stopped for one night on travels home from Florida. Disappointed in room service menu and lack of options for GF as we arrived later and were too tired to go out. Also, coffee in room needs more than 2 pods. A LONG walk to the elevator as that’s not convenient in morning coffee shop open and was able to get coffee before heading home. Beds comfy as per usual. We didn’t get to see the beach or tour the hotel this visit."

"It looked like they were in the process of rentavating. The room we were in was spacious and clean but I suggest the sofa be removed because it was bad shape. It was a nice surprise to find out we only had to pay for one night when we stayed two. The staff was very nice and helpful"

"Breakfast was good quality, the a/c was good but “loud” and being right next the bed, it didn’t seem to shut down off all night, despite changing the temperature. Not an issue for this visit but the pool was closed on the previous visit, a year ago and observed that it was still or closed again this visit. Staff were Awesome in accommodating our visit of several friends who came together for our friend who passed away in Beaufort. "
