Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice and clean. Cons of my stay there are no microwaves in the rooms, the only microwave available is in the lobby and it was pretty dirty. Also breakfast is not complimentary, there is a bistro in the hotel but you have to purchase all meals including coffee, so that was disappointing.

To me this is the best place to stay in Huntsville. Super convenient to downtown and major highways. You can see some age in the facilities but I think it’s Huntsville’s best kept secret. I always try to book here

This property is conveniently located but has seen better days. None of the exterior entrances had working key entries. The hotel was not the cleanest but the front desk staff was extremely polite and friendly.

The staff was wonderful. However, the hotel itself is pretty grimy, it smelt of sewage, there was plaster falling from the walls, and it is definitely not smoke-free! I’m certain I received a contact high from all of the marijuana drifting through the hallways on my floor. I’ve never been more happy to check out of a hotel in my life!

Service was excellent, BUT hotel is old and worn. As you know pool is empty and sad. Our temp regulator fell of the wall and A/C did not work, but we were cheerfully given a different room. Staff is doing a good job with a bad hand of cards.

Friendly service but doesn't always get it right.

We had a little mix-up with the room at check-in but the person at the front desk made it right. She was very friendly and helpful with it. The breakfast service was disappointing. it was closed Sunday. On Monday, the food was very good, but the wait both to take my order and to be served were very long. Another person in the restaurant gave up and didn't order. The gym is better than at many hotels. The location is very convenient for UAH.

We stayed for one night when we came for a concert. It was a convenient drive to and from the music venue and restaurants we went to, which was great. The elevator is not convenient to the rooms, so we took the stairs every time to and from our room. The staircase and surrounding area reeked of marijuana. There was a roach in our bathroom, which is never a good site. Snacks are extremely limited in the Market area inside the hotel. The bed was comfortable, ac/heat worked well. It was good enough for a quick trip but I'm not sure if we'd stay again.
