We loved the elegant decor , 1 bedroom
Suite optionand friendly staff. The open atrium in the center gives a spacious feeling and the glass elevators are great. We enjoyed the free happy hour and breakfast and walking around d big spring park in mornings and evenings! Weโll be back
Enjoyed the evening reception, and breakfast was great, the hotel was well kept even though it's an older hotel, we travel to Huntsville several times a year but have never stayed at the Embassy Suites but now this will be our 1st choice when staying in Huntsville
This hotel was very nice. They had free drinks for guests in the evening. Our room was spacious. I really liked that we could close the door to the bedroom. The only issues were that some trash and clothing that belonged to others was in the room. Iโm sure the hotel staff would have came to clean that up, but we were so exhausted from driving 5 hours and doing a card show all day that we just went to bed. It wasnโt a big deal. I had two different men during the check in/out process and both were very kind. I didnโt get to do much exploring of Huntsville, but from what I saw it seemed very nice. I would definitely come back.
such an amazing stay! everything was nice and clean! the staff was very sweet and helpful with any and all questions! we were visiting from
new orleans and i would stay here again! definitely recommend! didnโt try the breakfast itโs open from 6am-9am! they have a pool and gym! the vending machines came in handy for the late night snacks without having to go to a gas station! my kids also enjoyed the stay!
I was originally with a group rate and wanted to extend 1 day. Was not granted to do so. Booked a new room at my travel agent rate and asked to check in early since my party was leaving early morning. Again, was not able to do so.
Whenever thought our room had a few problems with the door not closing properly & bathroom has hair on floor it was a wonderful choice for 1 night stay.
My husband could not breathe in the room he got very sick and we had to leave. As soon as we got some distance from the hotel. He started breathing better. We think that there was something in the room that made him sick. Overall, it is a very nice hotel.
1. The first night we were in a horrible room! The mattress looked like it had a demolition ball lying in it, even with the duvet on. They knew this bed should've been tossed years ago.
2. The toilet seat was cleaned so much over the years that it was cracking and peeling and would scratch your thigh as you sat on it.
3. The bar staff and bar managers continued to drink the liquor, creating their concoctions for "test" purposes. The glasses were dirty, and we were served one that appeared to have lipstick on it. And it seemed like they were trying out drinks before serving them to customers.
