The staff was friendly and the property was clean enough. There was a good selection for breakfast including non-dairy milk which is important to me. They were even nice enough to keep my ice-packs in their freezer.

The hotel was nice. I was happy they had a mini refrigerator in the room. The location was great because there were stores surrounding that were very convenient. Overall it was great for a few days stay. The only downside was the room smelled moldy or musty all the time. The rug was sticky and too gross to walk on without shoes. The housekeeping staff didn't speak English when I asked for towels, and there was no safe in the room.

The hotel is located in a convenient area. Lots of shopping and dining choices. However, the main road near the hotel is a hot rodding spot for the local car guys- think lots of loud engines and thumping bass until midnight. We had two rooms. One room was updated. The other room was horrible. Shower didn’t work. Blood like stain on bathroom door. The heating/cooling unit was very loud. Took 4 tries to get the TV to work. The elevator was so loud and jerky, my husband was convinced we would end up dropping to the ground. The updated room was not cleaned properly either. My daughter told me (the next morning) that she found someone’s sleeping mask at the foot of the bed under the sheet. They obviously didn’t change the bedding! We would definitely not stay here again. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Oh, where to start? Well I guess we’ll start with the fact that on our second night there I dropped my wedding band in the floor behind the bed and when I went to grab it I realized I had a personal pleasure device in my hand. Then after speaking to the front desk about it the man was nice to our faces about it, however after walking away from the desk for a few minutes to discuss what we wanted to do, we walked to the front desk to decide what we wanted to do upon approaching the desk we heard the customer service man commenting about us saying something about the situation to them. The next day I was outside smoking and a worker was talking to me and said “can you believe some couple brought a s** toy to the desk” when she realized that I was the lady she was referring to she seemed to be a little nicer. Then we had our room “cleaned” while we were out in town and when we came back to the room somebody had been just sitting on our bed watching tv. That same night after the room being “cleaned” we found blood patches on our fitted and flat sheets. Honestly I’ve never left a review this bad for anywhere but I’ve honestly never had this bad of an experience.

The staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean. The location is convenient, with plenty of nearby stores and restaurants. The only downside was the nighttime noise from cars and loud music in the parking lot and neighboring parking lots, which made it hard to sleep.

I did t appreciate the lack of privacy at check in The clerk was quite blunt and loud. She just called out information from behind the desk— reciting from her computer private info ( email, phone number ). this was with other guests waiting in the area. It was very unprofessional. I would have preferred a print out to review and verify my information. She didn’t go Over my total charges and what is being added until I asked after she just directed Me to insert my card. She then had me remove so she could tell me the amounts I would be charged before I authorize a charge on my credit card.
