The doors were locked at 8:00 p.m. (clue), and had to check in through a hole in a plexiglass window. It was awkward putting my hand through the hole accepting the conditions on an iPad. Little amenities but cheap- would stay again, but only for price.

Love the hotel room. My only issue was the person at the front desk yesterday assured me I would not have to pay the pet fee because I have two small ESA, and then today despite having the correct paperwork they made me pay for them.

The pool is closed and will remain closed all summer. No mention of this online, its still listed as having a pool avaliable. The rooms are remodeled and nice, but the motel is what it is. Only one working washer, no change machine and the front desk ran out of quarters. There was obvious drug use going on and the police were called one night to handle a domestic situation. Even after cleaning, the floors are dirty. This is absolutely not a place suitable for children or families. Probably fine for out of town workers, etc.

Had to get staff to come in and clean the fridge because upon arrival we discovered rotting food in the fridges of on of our rooms. One of the towels had stains and there was sticky puddles on the floor next to the bed. The hallways smelled like weed but other than that the staff was very friendly and understanding.

Pet friendly with absolutely no grassy areas. Policies are above and beyond anything. I had to go and get a crate for my dogs or otherwise cancel my reservation. The ice container was covered with either mold or dirt, them claiming everything was brand new. I then needed to extend my stay for 2 more nights because of my circumstances and was told I had to check out with my dogs at 11 and come back at 3. I didn’t go back and never will again.

The stay was horrible, we got off the road kind of late, I invited my cousins to come hang out. I started getting calls on the room phone then when I answered no one said nothing. This happened maybe 3-4 times. After the phone finally stopped ringing the lady from the front desk came and said we were being too loud. Told me quiet time was from 10pm-6am, and threatened to kick me out with refund if my cousins didn’t leave. Need I say I never seen a note or anything of the matter stating that there were certain hours for quite time. My family nor I will never stay at this hotel again.
