Shame on Surban Hotels

The outside you have people food that is look good but the inside and the customer Service is a dump. You guys don’t even have enough towels to wash off with. No room service and the room wasn’t clean not one time I was there. I’m gonna report to bad business affairs. And asking for at least have of my money back

I checked in late two lady’s where there to assist me when I called to question my booking told me that they were closed but got me a room for check in around 12:30pm great people and my stay was incredible nothing but great service.

Great on a budget

It was a great price for having a kitchenette. There were no utensils of any kind but I brought coffee supplies from home and purchased microwavable food from the nearby Kroger. I never walk barefoot in any hotel I stay at so I always have flipflops. The non carpeted area did sound sticky under the shoes but I never felt it so can't confirm. The bed was very firm but comfortable. You have to use your key card to enter the building, even a locked door after the check in area. I always felt safe in the building as a solo female traveler. There was a homeless guy outside the building one day but he didn't approach me and I didn't feel unsafe. There is no housekeeping which was fine with me on my 3 night stay. I didn't need extra towels but not sure how you would get them if you did. There was no one at the lobby window during the mornings when I was there. The hotel was close to the convention center where I was working and made meals cheap for the trip because of the kitchenette so it was an excellent deal for me. Even though I saw one tiny roach on the table on the first night, I would consider staying here again for a business trip.
