Wonderful experience

Everything was just fine, staff is really helpful and supportive to the highest standards, food quality was good, family room is okay but small, overall experience is a good one, definitely will visit again.

Perfect Hotel for Family Holiday

Amazing Holiday, all Staff is very professional and is working around the clock for the guests comfort, Cleanliness is everywhere, fodd variety and taste is perfect, Pools and beach are amazing, me and my kida had so much fun. Overall it was amazing, this was my seconf time and difinetely not my last one

Luxurious hotel and its grounds

Perfect resort. Could not fault it one bit. Nothing was more than a phone call to resolve. Rooms were spacious and very clean. We enjoyed our stay and the kids really enjoyed the pools. We faced one issue where we found out the water park is not included in the price and management did everything to accommodate us eventhough the issue was not from their end. Great customer service. Food at the restaurants was varied throughout our 5 days stay. The bonus was lamb chops.,barbecued chicken and fish. Really enjoyed all the buffet something for everyone to eat even for the kids. Overall great resort cant not say anything to fault it

The hotel is really good, but what is written on your site is not true. The hotel is second line not beach front (7 to 10 minutes walk). The hotel has no aqua park it is for extra 700 pounds per person, and in another hotel. Overall we enjoyed our trip, beach is awesome and variety of food was perfect, but we booked the hotel mainly because of the aqua park that was not available.

Commandé sur le site d'expédia même avec mise en relation téléphonique, interlocutrice maîtrisant parfaitement les outils, le langage, la compréhension de nos '' exigences''... Nous ne regrettons absolument pas ce choix de séjour. Les deux seuls points' 'noir' ' : sur place, maitrise de l' anglais, allemand oi russe obligatoire. Et les vols A/R peuvent etre longs. Sinon, pour tout le reste, juste parfait. Propriété hallucinante, personnel disponible h24, activités à foison, matériel parfaitement bien entretenu. Centre de Sap, hamam, jacuzzi, sona, divers massages et soins tout bonnement genial. Mini aqualand inside, nous n'avons hélas pas pris le temps de, '' nursery'', pour qui cherche soleil, propreté, gentillesse, tranquillité, rapport qualité prix quasi imbattable.

We enjoyed our stay as a family in Jaz Oasis Club with our two kids, different pools, variety of activities for kids throughout the day, the aqua park was amazing and the animation team was wonderful

Nice hotel great beach and aqua park

Booked two rooms for two nights in early October. Check in was ok and the rooms were of reasonable size and comfort. We were on the second floor in the 4000 building and we're very close to one of the pools. Neither pool was heated so they were a bit cold during our stay but the beach was very warm and nice. This is a very big area and finding things can be tricky. The beach was about a 5 minute walk from our room. I'm a picky eater so finding food I like in Egypt can be a challenge but the food was pretty good during our stay especially the kofta that we had for supper the second night. It was very good. The Waterpark was the biggest I've been to and I've been to parks in sharm and many in canada. Many slides and no lineups when we were there. All and all I would stay again.
