Le complexe était parfait, chambre nickel, personnel au p’tit soin, l’hôtel est magnifique et le buffet était parfaitement correct (excepté la partie dessert qui était légèrement décevante). L’hôtel possède également une plage privée. Seul petit bémol, les animations le soir laissent vraiment à désirer.

We are a family of 7 travelling from Canada that stayed in 3 rooms. We were very impressed with the resort, kind genuine staff and quality of food and beverage included with the all-inclusive. We stay at 5 star all-inclusive hotels in the Caribbean and Mexico and would recommend this resort for those looking for a different experience. The snorkeling off the beach with the variety of coral and fish is hard to find and very much appreciated with the hotel’s location.

Sehr gepflegt und ruhig gelegene Anlage. Die Essensauswahl ist gigantisch groß, für jeden was dabei und hygienisch Einwandfrei. Die Anzahl der Liegen am Meer und auch Pool ist komplett ausreichend dass man immer einen Platz findet. Haben uns als Familie mit 2 Kindern (8 und 4) sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein wundervolles Hotel, in dem man verwöhnt wird und sich rundum wohl fühlen kann. Das freundlichste, zuvorkommendste Personal, das man sich vorstellen kann. Wunderschöner Strand, tolles Essen, herrliche Poolanlage, sauber und top in Schuss, immer genügend Liegen, leckere Cocktails, die man bedenkenlos mit Eiswürfeln trinken kann… ein Paradies von früh bis spät. Es war einfach perfekt und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! (Kleiner Tipp: wer vor 23 Uhr Ruhe im Zimmer möchte, sollte Block 5,6 oder 7 nehmen, nicht 1, 2 oder 3).

Alles war bestens, sehr guter Service. Alles war sauber. Es war abends zu normalen Uhrzeiten ruhig (ab 23 Uhr). Das Korallenriff hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es liegt direkt am Hotelstrand. Keine Aufdringlichen Verkäufer in der gesamten Hotelanlage. Klimaanlage Funktion perfekt. Fugen der Fliesen im Bad und Balkontüren dürften mal wieder erneuert werden. Gelegentlich gab es wenig Platz am Strand, es wurde aber Abhilfe geschafft und die zusätzlichen Liegen, in einen mit einem Sonnen Segel geschützten Bereich gebracht.

We are a family of four and went with another couple. We had such a great time, the property is small but immaculate, everything from the rooms, the pool and the grounds were so well kept. It was a quieter hotel and we would have liked more music and activities by the pool and of an even wing everything wraps up about 10pm. A huge shout out to the animation/ entertainment team who really made our whole vacation, they were so friending and inclusive and were brilliant with the kids day and night… especially Alberto who was our absolute favourite and made our trip so much fun. We loved this property but the best thing is the staff who couldn’t do enough for you. We will be back!

Overall great stay at this hotel but few items make it a 4-star not a 5-star. Pros: - Food might be the best all-inclusive food that I ever had. All 3 buffets are delicious - Rooms are clean and very comfortable - Resort property is small so everything is very close which is awesome - Beach very nice for swimming and snorkeling (shallow and deep areas) - Staff are incredibly nice and courteous, also always asking for feedback and how your experience is going. Cons: - Entertainment/Sports are not the strongest at this resort. There were no sports games organized in the pool, no volleyball space on the beach (probably because no space). Also no info was shared for on-demand activities like tennis, paddle, kayaking, etc. so not even sure if these were available or included. - the pool is very small in my opinion, and there definitely is not enough pool and beach chairs for everyone. Whatever choice you make in the morning will be where you leave your stuff for the rest of the day because you will not find chairs in the afternoon. - mini-bar items are extra charge which I think is silly for a 5-star all-inclusive - No pool bar but more importantly no drinks allowed inside the pool which I think is a real party-killer - again takes away from a 5-star experience. - No food prepared/served on the beach so you have to go back to the snack/lunch bar which also doesn't overlap very well with the buffet times.

Amazing relaxing Stay

The place is not big but very Cozy. The staff all over the hotel is very helpful and professional. The foods tastes amazing and the variety is very good. The beach is lovely, with a beautiful reef, the beach is sandy with no rocks. The restaurant manager is friendly guy who meets you with a lovely smile, always ask for your opinion and if there is anything else needed. Rooms are big and tidyWe checked out at dawn, we found them prepared a breakfast box to take it with us, it was a lovely gesture. For sure, we will come back again.
