We are very sorry that this occurred. I will have our maintenance team make certain that the soundproofing is looked at and corrected so this doesn’t occur on future stays. We have brand new top-of-the-line Serta Hilton Suite Dream mattresses and we receive quite a few compliments on their comfortability.
