"It’s a nice quiet area with plenty of restaurants and neat little shops just a short walk away. It’s easy to get to the bus stop and head to the subway as well. Very close to the lively parts of the area too. Staff is very kind and willing to help with whatever request or questions you may have. "

"It was a mom and son trip to visit universities, see some family and reconnect with Seoul and Korea after experiencing loss. I had asked for a view of Namsam tower months earlier with no response and then asked again right before we arrived... I spent quite a bit on a twin suite so thought it could be considered, or at least communicated that it wasn't available - but nothing. I thought the hotel was amazing - good location, clean and we really liked our room but the communication was lacking so it hindered the experience. Also, I think as a Korean Canadian who is fluent in Korean, it's somewhat insulting to speak Korean to front desk staff and then be spoken to in English, as if my accent or level is not good enough - it's actually a bit insulting so that was another point that didn't make the experience very positive. I would consider coming back as the hotel itself is nice and well located, but I hope these items, however small they seem, can be improved. "

"The room was big and perfect for a family with young kids. Bunk beds and a very large king size bed. The main area had a dining table and sink which was perfect for getting some yoghurt, fresh fruit and veggies into the kids at breakfast, when there's nothing else really open. Great central location, without being too busy like Myeongdong, made it really easy and affordable with young kids to get around by car. The staff were really friendly and always accommodating"

"Hotel was clean, modern and in great area! Breakfast was good! Staff was phenomenal. If you have a later flight they give you secure storage lockers on site for free for 12 hours. You’re close to the DDP and markets. We would stay again for sure!! "
