“Exceptional customer service and front desk. On arrival, extremely helpful and warm. Breakfast was a large variety of foods, and the hostess there was excellent. Could not help more. We had a large balcony and was wonderful. Pool very nice and watching boats and ferries delightful. Walking distance to Tugboats restaurant and also walked to Black Cat Tavern , both excellent. Would go back again”

“We’ve stayed here several times and it was great. This trip, not so much, we stayed 3 nights and our room was never serviced and the shower was cold to Luke warm each day.”
