"This is the loveliest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Period. It embraces old world England yet offers all the modern amenities. It feels, tastes and embraces all things British which I loved. Yes, it’s very expensive but, in this case, I felt it was worth it. "
"Brilliant hotel. The pictures don’t do it justice - it is a brilliant hotel with excellent service right in the heart of London. It really is what a Four Seasons Hotel should be. "

"This property is fantastic! it is in the perfect location for anyone wanting to visit the all of the attractions. We were able to easily walk to Buckingham Palace, The Horse Guards, Big Ben and Westminster Abby. The neighborhood has many dining and shopping options. This is a nice neighborhood and we felt very safe here. The London Underground tube station, Victoria station is about a two minute walk and from there you can get anywhere in London. We highly recommend and we will be back!"
"I stayed in the hotel for six day and we loved it. It was clean, beautiful, people were very friendly and respectful. Service was great. The view is the most amazing view of Big Ben and the location is the best. "
"Room was spacious and clean. Recommend upgrading to the Executive King. Great floor location. Very quiet even though located on very busy thoroughfare "
"Ideal location, clean, quiet, great breakfast, helpful and friendly staff—big shoutout to Marius (sp?), bellhop who was extremely helpful with our tour car agency finding us and general overall experience. He was delightful and very competent!"
"Staff were absolutely lovely. We arrived very early and they went out of their way to get us into an available room so we could shower and freshen up after the flight from Australia. Doorman, porters, reception and concierge were all incredible.
Room was beautiful and quiet, even being next to the elevator. Small gifts left by housekeeping were so sweet as well.
Location is perfect - two blocks from Oxford Circus station, local area very walkable.
We had the best time; sad to have left!"
