"Very very nice breakfast. Location is within walking distance to USJ and train station but it's troublesome when it's raining as it's not sheltered and no underground access. F&B are nearby tho, so no headache looking for lunch n dinner. Big and clean room, overall I enjoyed my stay there."

"The room was spacious for Japan and the staff were incredibly helpful. The hotel was full of amenities like a spa, a convenience store, laundromat and pool. It was close to multiple train stations, a few shopping areas and lots of good restaurants. "

"The property was modern, clean and the onsen with a view was such an invaluable perk. We used it daily sometimes twice a day. It gets very busy in the later evening after dinner. The staff was very helpful. There are coin operated laundry machines which are very helpful but they get quite full around the evening hours. "

"Great place, good location. Everything is automated for checkin and out, very fast to get you room, storage for luggage with QR code, flawless. Only negative thing would be the wait for elevator at peek time, but easy to understand with more than 40 floors."

"it was an amazing stay that is worth every penny. amazing location, safe to walk around even at night. easy access to airport bus as well as all the subway stations in the area. heart of all the malls so it was easy to go back to hotel for a quick break before continuing the shopping journey. loved the option of eco cleaning so that we can get new water and towels without having to have someone enter the room. this is 100% where i’m gonna stay next time i travel to osaka. "All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The location is great, 5-10 mins away from Shinsaibashi and underground stations. The room is very clean and they provide fresh towels everyday, even we didn’t put out the sign about making up the room. "
