"At the hotel. Everything was amazing. The downside of it was Expedia Bad customer service. Bad understanding and communication. Unuseful staff not booking through Expedia ever again."

"Hotel was clean — front desk staff member was so helpful and kind. The nearby restaurant associated with the hotel is excellent. Great food and quick! Got a $3 coupon for booking a room. The included breakfast was excellent! Hot and cold options. Would recommend to anyone. "

"Clean and comfortable non-fussy hotel room. Roku TV with availability for streaming services. Nice view of woods if your room faces that way. No microwave in room, but I believe there is one in the hotel lobby/office."

"I believe the suite had just been rehabbed. The fixtures looked new and the paint was perfect. No dents in the cabinets. It was quiet and there were geese on the lake shoreline. I sat outside and watched them for quite a while. I never saw them again but they were worth it. The restaurant was reasonably priced and the food was good. There was a band that played outside on Saturday night and they were pretty good. Kept us there buying drinks. When we left and went back to our room, we could not hear the band even when we were outside. There was no maid service. If we wanted clean sheets or towels, we had to take them to housekeeping and exchange them. We only stayed a couple of days so no big deal for us."

"Perfect place to stay when going to see a concert at the nearby amphitheater. Having the shuttle was a great plus. Staff very helpful and I'm not sure why this is rated a 2 star hotel. The beds were comfortable and the ac worked."

"The room could have been a little more cleaner. The stay was fine, no issues. Breakfast bar was awesome!"

"The TV in the room wouldn't turn on. The clerk came up. She figured to change the batteries in the remote. She found the remote turned on the TV but wouldn't choose a channel. So she brought a 2nd remote and that one changed channels. The she left and took the 1st remote. Then the remote she left changed channels OK but it wouldn't do anything else. The volume didn't work and it wouldn't turn the TV off. Very irritating. I think this is a problem staff knows about but never really fixes. Also you serve breakfast too late on Sunday. People like me need to be on the road by 7:00. I had to spend money buying breakfast. Should have gotten a partial refund from the motel because you didn't provide any breakfast."

"The room was filthy. Toilet paper rolls were used, there was roach poop in the top corners of the room. The bed side tables were broke. The mirror in the bathroom was filthy. There was paint on the walls like a toddler had painted their trim and gotten it everywhere. The pool said 24 hours online but the sign said it closed at 10. The $12 breakfast buffet was nothing more than a continental breakfast. The bed looked like it had been slept in. The soap dispenser in the shower was visibly dirty."

"We loved our visit, everyone and everything was so clean, convenient and just comfortable and welcoming. We will definitely be returning. Thank you to all the friendly staff. Even other client were nice and happy also. Love the bus shuttle."
