Magnifique hôtel située dans un lieu exceptionnel
Notre séjour était superbe nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre sœurs dans ce bel hôtel magnifiquement situé La vue de notre chambre était splendide le personnel très agréable et professionnel La nourriture était variée et en grande quantité J’ai préféré les desserts aux entrées Le poisson’ et la viande assez bien cuisiné Par contre les plats pas toujours tops car manque de sel et d’assaisonnement mais dans l’ensemble on y mange très bien car il y a énormément de choix Le petit déjeuner est copieux mais les viennoiseries pas très bonnes L’hôtel est d’une propreté irréprochable Les animations sont tops et les shows proposés le soir ont été vraiment magnifiques Une équipe et un hôtel au top rien à ajouter J’y retourner sans hésiter

Hotel sul mare con panorama mozzafiato. Bella spiaggia e bel mare trasparente (tantissimi pesci). Lettini e ombrelloni a pagamento ma comunque tanti posti su spiaggia libera. Tantissime le attività da fare in spiaggia ma a pagamento. Camere curate con letti comodi. Bellissimo e comodo terrazzino. Il bagno é cieco e senza aereazione ed é un problema in 4 , bisognerebbe ristrutturare in quanto molto datato. Pulizie buone. Asciugamani sempre fresche e pulite. Servizio reception ottimo .Tutti gentili, sorridenti e cordiali (grazie in particolare ad Arianna) e parlano in italiano . Cucina da migiorare per gli standard italiani ma grazie al bravissimo chef Claudio che si inventava sempre qualcosa di buono. Bravo, volenteroso, pieno di entusiasmo e molto gentile. Grande !!! Simpatica , allegra, gentile e brava anche Mary animatrice di Swantour, con cui abbiamo fatto la bellissima escursione a Formentera. Parcheggi gratis sia vicino alla reception che giù (dietro la piscina), abbiamo sempre trovato posto. Piscine gradevoli con bagnini. Sdraio sempre disponibili . Carino l'aperitivo al Tapa Tapa bar dopo le 17 . Peccato poter prendere solo 3 pezzetti di pane e che non facciano cocktails. Ci si aspetterebbe di piu da un all inclusive. Troppa attesa per hot dog e hamburger nel locale vicino alle piscine. Ok perché fatti al momento ma un solo cuoco é davvero poco. Animazione insufficiente sia durante il giorno che alla sera e considerata la zona piuttosto isolata se ne sente la mancanza

Tutto perfetto. Buffet molto vario. Ottima pulizia sia della stanza che delle parti comuni. Parcheggio gratuito. Tante escursioni partono da vicino all’hotel. Unica pecca ascensori un po’ lenti.

Hotel silenzioso con vista spettacolare sia dalla camera che dalla sala pranzo. Orari per i pasti flessibili e buffet sempre vario e ben organizzato. Disponibilità di due piscine con bar annessi. Spiaggia comodissima non attrezzata. Negozietti nei dintorni con tutto il necessario a prezzi molto moderati. Parcheggio gratuito in zona. Pulizia hotel ottima sia nelle parti comuni che nelle camera (pulizia giornaliera ottima). Manutenzione super organizzata al minimo problema. Aria condizionata nella camera. Forse unica notanegativa ascensore un po’ lento.

Consigliatissimo per famiglie, ottimo per intrattenimento dei bambini che a quanto ho potuto notare avevano da fare per tutto il giorno con gli animatori. Accesso diretto alla spiaggia,cosa non da poco considerando che si è su una cala. La cala è bellissima con sabbia grossolana e acqua limpidissi, va giù velocemente ma merita. Non fateci ingannare dal fatto che l hotel sia datato perché è davvero tenuto pulitissimo.

Prachtige lokatie! Helaas heel erg verouderd: de kamer en badkamer zijn dringend aan vernieuwing toe. Het is een typisch all in hotel waarvan de ziel ontbreekt: buffetten met grootkeuken eten, weinig karakter en ondermaatse drankjes ( zowel alcoholisch als non-alcoholisch).

Todo bien , estaba bastante limpio y se veía al personal limpiando todo el tiempo, estuvimos 4 días y la habitación la hicieron casi todos los días. Lo único que se podría decir encontra es el parquing con pococas plazas para la capacidad del Hotel , también la afluencia en horas puntas en los ascensores.

Posto fantastico tutto a portata di mano, ideale per famiglie. Consiglio di noleggiare un'auto per poter uscire la sera con distanze max di mezz'ora Compresa eivissa . A 3km la bellissima spiaggia di benirras dove si può vedere un tramonto unico. La struttura è un po' vecchiotta..L Animazione inesistente per chi la volesse.ma.non era il nostro caso..sicuramente da ristrutturare un po' ma nonostante ciò avevamo camera vista mare bella ..avendo preso la superior anche spaziosa con un ulteriore stanza e terrazzo grande. Cibo buono per un italiano è difficile dire ottimo, ma devo dire che nonostante le recensioni lette..era vario e siamo rimasti più che soddisfatti.c'era il saloon in spiaggia con bibite gelati granite tutto il giorno .Inoltre prenotando con expedia abbiamo risparmiato più di 800 euro scegliendo il volo con orari comodi rispetto a chi lo ha fatto tramite tour operator. Cosa non c'è piaciuto? Nulla.

ho soggiornato 11 giorni da sola con due bambini. mi è piaciuto molto l'ampio orario di accesso al ristorante per i pasti...la qualità dei pasti è buona, considerando che non siamo in italia. per la colazione c'è molta scelta per i cibi salati ma poca per la tipica colazione italiana..suggerirei di aggiungere al buffet qualche biscotto e qualche fetta di torta! sull'all inclusive io che non bevo nessun tipo di alcolico avrei gradito un piccolo sconto o la possibilità di avere gratuitamente l'acqua in bottiglia: quella dei distributori era orribile!! il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. ho avuto subito un problema con la doccia ma è stato prontamente risolto. mi aspettavo una migliore organizzazione del mini club: le ragazze sono gentili ma non fanno attività accattivanti, a parte i balli della sera. mi ha stupito l'aver dovuto pagare ben 3 euro al giorno per avere la chiave della cassaforte..solitamente la forniscono gratuitamente. mi ha scocciato parecchio aver dovuto pagare l'accesso al WIFI : 20 euro a settimana per due dispositivi e funzionava malissimo!!! io avevo portato del lavoro da fare ma ho avuto parecchie difficoltà di connessione: un servizio si deve far pagare quando funziona bene, altrimenti è inutile illudere...avere la spiaggia a due passi è molto comodo ma l'ombrellone non è compreso: io vado al mare per stare in spiaggia, non in piscina! potrebbero prevedere almeno uno sconto sul noleggio ombrellone....

Nice Getaway On The Beach
So we knew what we were getting when we booked this. This all inclusive hotel was actually cheaper than most apartments in Ibiza so you get what you pay for right? We just wanted something with a pool, close to the beach and with everything included. This served the purpose for us. Rooms were fine, air con worked and wasn’t noisy. The toilet smelled a little bit we were close to the beach and we were on the 1st floor. The balcony was addiquate but nothing amazing, the view was beautiful though. The hotel only has 2 lifts that serve 8 floors. A lot of the time we took the stairs because the wait for the lift was a long time. The main restaurant was on the 8th floor so we were strategic about when we went to dinner given the lift situation. The food was varied in the restaurant and it was good enough for us. We enjoyed the fish night a lot. The pool side bar offers American style burgers, hotdogs, chips etc. I could see that getting a bit boring but we only grabbed one lunch there. 2 pools which weren’t crowded, lots of sun beds. Pool side games and entertainment throughout the day. Beach was also right there and a fantastic place to snorkel, lots of fish. Beach had boats, kayaks etc to hire for the kids. The evening entertainment was cheesy but my 6 year old was way in to it and we sat and enjoyed drinks while he participated. Drinks were good and lots of options for the kids too. Taxi from the airport 35-40 euros.

positivo: la struttura grande e ben organizzata, la pulizia delle piscine, il servizio all'inclusive a qualsiasi ora, i vari bar presenti ovunque, la spiaggia vicina senza dover attraversare la strada, le docce in spiaggia e in piscina, cibo buona la varietà e la quantità da migliorare: la pulizia delle camere (i condizionatori erano pieni di polvere alla prima accensione e da uno di questi è caduta una blatta...)

Albergo moltl carino e completo molto simile ad un villaggio. Ottima cura ai dettagli, personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. La struttura dá su una delle spiagge più belle dell'isola. Assolutamente esperienza da ripetere.

Hemos pasado 8 días,en general la estancia ha sido buena. Soy multialergica alimentaria y quiero decir que muy pocas veces me han tratado tan bien y hecho la vida tan fácil,el equipo de comedor y cocina. Wat echt top is aan dit hotel is het uitzicht op zee. Verder is het hotel matig ooit een mooi hotel geweest en nooit meer wat aan gedaan. Eten was niet echt gevarieerd en matig qau smaak wel warm. Verder is de ligging heel rustig dus niet gezicht al je wat reuring zoek. Wij zouden hier niet meer na toe gaan.

Struttura imponente, datata ma comunque dotata di ogni comfort e gestito davvero bene. La vista dalle camere e’ davvero di quelle da ricordare. Aprendo la tenda e la porta finestra la mattina diciamo che la giornata comincia con un altro passo. Contrariamente a quanto letto nelle recensioni viste online abbiamo mangiato davvero bene. Menu’ vario con carne (pollo principalmente) e pesce, sempre presenti. Paella una volta sola, ma molto molto buona. Qualita’ generale molto buona, personale molto attento e pulito. Servizio davvero completo... Comode le strutture collegate all’Hotel. Bar vicino alla piscina (praticamente sempre aperto), Bar-Ristorantino Tapa Tapa, aperto nel pomeriggio per gli aperitivi, Negozio di Souvenir, Lavanderia Self Service, due piscine di cui una con giochi per ragazzini, scale di collegamento che portano alla spiaggia sottostante. C’e’ persino un bar con Fast Food e gelati, che per il nostro trattamento all inclusive erano compresi. Personale competente e tutto sommato educato e gentile. Abbiamo anche avuto modo/fortuna di fare il ceck-in con una ragazza italiana che ci ha dato un paio di dritte interessanti su cosa vedere nei paraggi. La struttura e’ immersa nel verde, in una zona tranquilla ma comunque ben collegata e lontano dalla folla e dal clamore delle zone piu’ frequentate dai ragazzi. Giudizio molto positivo!

De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is erg goed. Het is niet super de luxe maar dat kun je ook niet verwachten voor dat geld. Mooi zwembad, lekker strand en prachtig uitzicht. Heerlijk het eiland verkennen met een huurauto en op zijn tijd ook buiten de deur eten. Als je je stoort aan jengelende kinderen dan moet je hier niet boeken. Groot compliment voor het personeel dat keihard werkt en zorgt dat het buffet steeds tijdig aangevuld wordt.

Good hotel, good for walks/explorers
Myself and my family (4 adults and 3 children) stayed at Club Cartago for a week, week commencing on 13/10/2018. We was told the hotel was closing for the winter on the day of our departure with renovations due to take place throughout the hotel during the winter months. As the holiday progressed the resort began to close down but it was good to see all on offer at the beginning of the holiday. The resort is clean, with everything you need in walking distance (supermarket, car hire etc). There are water sports (pedalos, banana boat etc) - The man who works there is rude so he did not get our custom. You have to pay extra for the sun beds and parasols each day and they were not cheap. The hotel is clean and the rooms are of an acceptable standard. All is in need of an update, furniture is a bit worn and walls need painting - Hopefully the renovation work will address this. The beds were comfy and there is air conditioning. The bath in the room was a nice addition. The maid attends daily, makes the beds, changes towels and has a general clean around. The food was acceptable but it was repetitive. Fish and chicken daily, but with other bits changing. The cheese board, muscles and clams were a nice addition too though these were not a regular occurrence. Myself and another from our party enjoy walking and there are some amazing walks in each direction, into the hills and along the coastline.
