불만족한 점..
워낙에 좋은 평가들을 많이 받았던 호텔이라.. 저는 실망스러웠습니다. 좋은 점들은 이미 있기에 개선할 점 몇가지만 지적하겠습니다. 1. 리셉션 데스크에 있던 직원들(여자 두명)이 아주 불친절했습니다. 그 얼굴의 표정과 말투.. 동양인이어서 이러한 태도를 취하는 것인지.. 첫날 체크인부터 매우 불쾌해서 휴가를 망치는듯한 기분을 느꼈습니다. 보통은 체크인시 여권을 스캔하고 바로 주는데, 무슨 이유인지는 모르나 체크아웃시까지 제 여권을 돌려주지 않았습니다. 호텔측 데스크에 구비된 이비자 보트파티들의 정보가 최신화되지 않아, 하루치 일정의 보트파티를 통째로 날려버렸고 클럽의 이용권 구매시 또한 윽박지르는듯한 말투로 결제를 할 것인지 말 것인지, 서비스업에 종사하는 사람의 태도라고는 말할 수 없었고 체크아웃시에도 카드이용기가 고장나(?) 저에게 수수료가 붙는 ATM기에서 현금을 인출할 것을 종용하더군요.. 그 외에도 매일 같이 새로 비치되는 샴푸와 샤워젤 등 3박의 기간동안 처음 온 날 제공된 딱 하루의 어메니티를 사용했고.. 수건 교체도 매번 깜빡해 제가 샤워시마다 매번 데스크에 가서 수건을 가지고 온 기억이 있습니다. 이런저런 것 다 차치하고서, 데스크 직원의 태도에서 이 호텔은 빵점도 모자라 마이너스 점수를 주고싶네요. 동양인들은 가지 마세요.. 휴가 첫날부터 기분 상합니다.

Everything was amazing ! Staff was so lovely and helpful, rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, there is a balcony with table and chairs and a place where you can dry your clothes. It is cleaned everyday with towels changed :) The food was tasty, loads of options for breakfast and dinner (better than some 5 star hotel that i stayed in the past). there is a shower room if you need to shower after checkout. The surrounding area is very niceand has sunbeds with paradols. There is a bar, and the area is very quiet despite is close to the main bars. walkable distance to everything. I will come back :) Thank you so much

Beautiful Hotel
Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Gran Sol. Hotel is very modern, lovely decor, nice spacious room and exceptionally clean. Pool area lovely also. Excellent variety at breakfast and dinner and very tasty. Something to suit everyone. Staff very helpful and friendly. If coming to Ibiza again I would most certainly be staying here. Great location, close to restaurants, bars and beach. Had a wonderful stay.

Struttura molto pulita, cambio delle lenzuola e pulizia camera giornaliera. Buona la colazione internazionale, tantissima varietà di scelta. Comoda la posizione dell'hotel per raggiungere il lungomare di sant'Antoni, ottimo il parcheggio in loco.

Great Quiet location close to all amenities
Better than expected.. I've been coming to Ibiza every year since 2015, I've stayed in about 4/5 hotels and i have a particular one i stay all the time. Due to unavailability, decided to give Gran sol a try and i'm pleased with my experience and hospitality at the hotel. Staff were friendly and loved the garden pool side. It was a little distance from my usual location (10/15mins walk away), but as i'm familiar with sant antoni it was ok for me. Great pointer, its few minutes walk away from the sunset strip which is of my new favourite attraction to Ibiza. 10/10

We were pleasantly surprised by the surrounding area and location, 50 meters from the waterfront. What a serene environment with excellent choices to wine and dine! The staff were superb - friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner out of this world! I can certainly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was great. The rooms and communal areas and pool were all spotlessly clean. The staff were all very approachable and helpful. The customer service was excellent. The cleaners cleaned our room and changed towels each day. There was a good buffet breakfast served each morning till 10:30 with various hot and cold food and drink options, that were constantly replenished. You can hire beach towels at the reception for a cost of €15 and when you return them at the end of your stay you will get €13 returned to you. Reception also stock 5 litre bottle's of water for €3, which is really handy. There is a small supermarket across the road from the hotel. The bar does most things you may want and serve reasonably priced food and drinks. The location is great and has a quiet and comfortable vibe, yet Cafe Mambo is an 8 minutes walk away from the hotel. Ibiza Rocks is a 7 minute walk. Pikes is a 15 minute cab ride away, and the airport is a half-hour cab ride away. Cabs are generally plentiful outside the hotel. If they aren't reception will call you a cab. Depending on bookings you may be able to have a late check out for an additional cost but this wasnt available on our departure day. However there is 2 well kept shower rooms, towels, lockers and luggage room compete with luggage svalea

Uma grande desilusão
Hotel muito básico, não vale minimamente o valor pago. Escolhi por estar bem classificado em todas as plataformas e foi uma grande decepção quer a nível de instalações, quer a nível de comida. Staff antipático, uma funcionária disse-me que paguei por um três estrelas, só que eu vinha de um quatro estrelas bem mais acessível e sem comparação. Pela primeira vez em muitos anos tive que pagar uma taxa de limpeza das toalhas de piscina. Ainda me responderam que tinha as do quarto gratuitas!!! Em termos de insonorização, ouvia-se literalmente tudo, água a correr, TVs, vozes... dos outros quartos.

Struttura ottima per chi alloggia a San Antonio. Pulizia perfetta delle camere giornaliera, colazione e cena abbondanti (magari sarebbe utile diversificare un po' ogni giorno). Parcheggio comodo. Unico appunto, il wifi, era presente in tutto l'hotel ma non era sempre funzionante nella giornata... spesso mi capitava di non avere connessione pur essendo collegato.

Hotel was spotlessly clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Pool area was not too crowded, plenty of loungers and lovely jacuzzi tub. Quiet area but only a short walk from restaurants and bars. Recommend.

Lovely property, great location and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices and a nice pool area with plenty of Sunbeds and space. This is our 3rd time visiting and so I def recommend :)

Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Gran Sol Ibiza! The hotel is very clean and well maintained, has a nice pool and sun tanning area, and an excellent breakfast buffet as well as a dinner buffet for an additional but reasonable charge. There are also several other restaurants nearby. The hotel is also very close to the water and about a 10-15 minute walk to the bus station. Overall, a very convenient and wonderful stay!

Very nice 3 star hotel. Perfect for time away for everyone. Even though it’s close to San Antonio it was quiet and very nice. Everything was spotlessly clean and good breakfast. I would definitely stay here again

Taxi in front of the hotel, though I did not use it, I brought my own car. The staff was so very, very kind, the room was very clean. So, my girlfriend and I will come back to your hotel,and I tell other people about Hotel Gran Sol.

Excelente hotel com ótimo custo x benefício
O hotel tem uma boa localização, o quarto é bem confortável e os funcionários são muito simpáticos, educados e prestativos. O café da manhã é excelente, com muita variedade e tudo saboroso. À noite tem um excelente buffet de jantar, por um ótimo preço. O hotel também dispõe de estacionamento.
