Grand Palladium Select Palace Ibiza - All Inclusive

"We booked the Grand Palladium hesitant about facilities and space for a young family (with 1 year old and 4 year old), but were very pleased with the stay. Although these European island all inclusive hotels state “5 star” you never really trust the quality would be as good as in European city, but Grand Palladium was good overall. Hotel was 10 mins from airport and easy transfer. We had a garden suite in main part of hotel which had spacious bedroom and living room with super king bed and double sofa bed which was very helpful. Sufficient space for family and generally child proof. The room was clean and in good condition. Only negative was the attention to detail of daily cleans wasn’t great, but they did replace towels and sheets whenever asked. Kids pool was good albeit a bit cold for them in the morning. Main pools are very big and sun beds were always available. Beach is 2 minute walk away through access gate near main pools. Beach was very clean and quiet and sea was the perfect temperature. Buffet had good choice and from our experience from other similar all inclusive it was good quality. We ate at the Mexican à la carte which was excellent quality but portion sizes on the small side. The beach front restaurant Portofino was a nice spot and atmosphere but the steak main course was pretty tough and came with only 3 new potatoes…quite disappointing for somewhere that has huge potential! Kids evening entertainment was 8-830pm and although repetitive, kids loved it"

"Séjour parfait avec les installations qui viennent avec un 5 étoiles! Bonne bouffe et sélection d’alcools a peaufiner mais sommes toutes, un très beau séjour. Si vous y passer deux semaines, je vous conseilles les suites pour la grosseur de la chambre"

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room size was great for 2 with a balcony. The pictures look a bit better than it actually is. Just a little worn out. The buffet was excellent, but the quality of the meats were a little underwhelming. More fast food like… The only thing that bothered us was the fact that we would have to pay for our towels to use for the pool. So, people would reuse the towels and let them hang dry on the balcony so they were visible from the pool, which made it look kind of old school and not very pleasant to look at. Location wise it’s 30 minutes from the main city, just FYI"
