"Terrible housekeeping service during a 3-night stay.I am highly disappointed with the service at this hotel. We stayed for three nights, and housekeeping entirely skipped our room for the duration of the trip. The only attention our room received was on the third day, when someone merely pulled up the bed sheet. We were left with absolutely no fresh towels and completely ran out of toilet paper. Basic sanitation and room upkeep were completely ignored. I will not be returning."

"We enjoyed our stay. We were forewarned about ongoing construction updates on the property but found there is also construction happening on the street and right next to the property as well. The room does heat up too much at night and we were unable to control the temperature setting. Other than that, the hotel is located in a very convenient area. Walkable to all area restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly. We would consider staying here again after the construction is complete."

"Staff were welcoming and our updated Mountain View room was very clean. The property itself is dated but well kept and clean. The elevator seems to stop randomly on the 2nd floor when I only called for 3rd. This happened several times. Otherwise the elevator works perfectly fine. Parking maximum height is limited to 6’ 6” so be mindful of any rooftop boxes/carriers on your vehicle. We were able to park in the sole uncovered spot on the property. They offered us to park next door at their sister property or on the street behind the hotel. Bus stop is 2 min walk away and 12 min walk to major shopping strip. All in all a great experience. "

"The places convenient to both Morraine Lake and Lake Louise. The hotel itself is great, Mjoy and the rest of the employees were wonderful. Great place this day if you want to see all that happening, they go on and like Louise. I will say one thing, we visited back in July 2018, and the amount of people at both lake Louise and Lake Morraine were considerably more. I would say that at Lake Louise, the shoreline was overrun, and I would be really disturbed with the amount of money. I paid this day at the Fairmont, in the amount of people that were in front of that view. We’ve been all over the world and we’re seeing a tremendous amount of people over running these tourist locations. From Santorini, to Barcelona, to Venice, and now BANFF, the culture of the towns is being changed."
