"From the time we walked in the lobby, everyone was so nice and helpful! They moved my husband and I to a ground floor as he has bad knees. The people at the pool were helpful and nice also. Food and drinks were delicious, enough for two meals . Halloween was a treat and enjoyed the costumes and how everyone made sure they acknowledged you and wanted you to enjoy the day. We're going to make this a new vacation spot! Rather a weekend getaway or a full week with family. Looking forward to our next trip to Palm Springs! Thank you!"
