"The good - spacious hotel, plenty of space in the room. Good pool areas with lots of sunbeds. The Italian restaurant was good. Our son had a great time at the kids disco
The bad - Dirty plates at the buffet. Room not properly cleaned, floor not mopped, no dusting below the TV. Poor buffet options, repetitive and lack of options for children, food quite often cold. No option for pool snacks, have to go to 24/7 bar and eat there. Cocktails are pre mixed and sugary. I would expect a 5 star all inclusive to make the drinks each time. Can only book al a carte restaurants 3 times during a 7 night stay, but you are not told that. Lack of activities and children's entertainment, can only participate if you leave your child at the kids club."
