It is a very pretty place, receptionists at the front desk are very kind and breakfast is very good. The only thing that I didn’t like is that the Hotel is far from Madrid if you go by public transportation but there is a bus stop across the hotel that takes you to a train station for about 4 euros.

A convenient stop outside of Madrid. We were flying the next morning and it took us 45 minutes to get to the airport. Good value for money. The free breakfast was a helpful extra. Parking and check in were easy.

The property and the room was very nice and neat. The problem was the air conditioner in our room. It was quite poor. It could never cool the room. It a was very hot and miserable night with very little sleep. The breakfast buffet was rather skimpy and did not offer much. It was disappointing. Overall I cannot recommend this property due to these two issues.

O hotel é excelente, limpeza e conforto. Os funcionários poderiam ser mais cordiais. Chegamos ao jantar faltando 30 minutos para encerramento e os mesmos ficaram apressando, quase que “tocando” para gota do restaurante. A recepcionista foi atenciosa, mas sem um pingo de esforço para entender o idioma. A piscina do hotel estava fechada, poderiam colocar no site que so funciona no verão. Apesar de ser outono, fez 30 •C nos dias que estivemos lá
