"This property is halfway between a proper hotel and an vacation rental. The staff are there until around 11:00 AM, and then you are on your own. There was nobody to check me in when I arrived, which obviously the hotel doesn't advertise. Called a number and found my key and went to my room. The heating wasn't working, so had to call a number again. A lady arrived and she could not fix it so she told me that since it wasn't that cold (according to her), I didn't need heating, so if I wanted an...
