"The location of the hotel is right next to the Busan Station, super accessible to restaurants, metro, taxi and bus. The room size was reasonable and well equipped, fresh towels, bottle water were provided daily and trash removed as well. The free all you can eat Korean hot breakfast was amazing and delicious, they even rotated the menu to make the breakfast attractiv I didn't give a 5, is due to a sanitory reason.Surprsingly every morning around 6am a strong breakfast cooking smell from the second floor restaurant that would fill our room on the 19th floor...this happened daily and made our clothing smelly and sticky... Overall, this hotel is definitely a bang for the buck, highly recommend!"

"Came early but opted out early check-in fee. I liked that they had the free lockers to keep my suitcase and backpack till that time. I chose to try the self check-in at the kiosk rather than desk, it was pretty straightforward, but when it came time to activate the room key, a staff member came over to ensure I activated two cards and then went through the printed out receipt that detailed my room number, services available, breakfast times etc. The hotel is 1 minute walk from Haeundae beach after crossing the road and about a 5 minute walk from subway. I found this convenient. The rooms were a good size and practical. Bear in mind that you don't get free amenities like toothbrush/toothpaste/shower cap/razor. Seems the norm in other hotels as well. There was a functional small gym with a squat rack, bench, dumbells, bands and 3 cardio machines. There was also 3 washers and dryers with cost of 5000won to use. This is the same price as an outside laundromat in some cases. I didn't eat breakfast in the hotel so can't comment."

"The beds and linens are very comfortable and it was very quiet. Slept amazingly here!! The drain for the tub was partially clogged so we got a foot soak with every shower lol I would stay near the beach if I came back but no major issues with this hotel. It’s very “90s fancy” older western style."

"Our stay at Signiel Busan was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end! Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations. The property is beautiful, the service is exceptional, and the entire experience felt luxurious and welcoming. What stood out most was the hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We were especially grateful that they accommodated our request for a late checkout, which made our departure so much more relaxed. It was a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. We had such a fantastic experience and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our time in Busan. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Signiel Busan to anyone visiting the city. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!"
