"Vi har været rigtig glade for at bo på dette hotel, dog er rengøringen ikke acceptabel. Vi fik vasket gulvet 1 gang på 7 dage og efterspurgte nyt sengetøj på dag 5 hvilket vi ikke fik. Trods dette kunne vi godt finde på at komme igen. Jeg tænker hvis vi havde spurgt igen, så havde rengøringen kommet ..."
