Quiet residential area not too far from Songso Central Park. Plenty of food options right around the building with a few small merkets as well.

Some work needs to be done

At first, we thought the room was great, but then we noticed bugs running around and the cleaning staff did a horrible job cleaning before we checked in. For example, we found food in between the couch cushions which can be the cause of the bugs. We had to clean the floor ourselves and buy bug spray.

The room was pristine, building too. Checkin a doddle, not difficult as other reviews state, but hotels.com information re check in not correct, no need to contact beforehand and no online form. Trouble was its the back of nowhere. Quite a bit of wasteland all round and nothing to do or see. Some tiny shops in block for essentials, a number of restaurants in block and adjacent ones but area still being developed, a long way off the main Incheon area. We only stayed one night and up and off next morning. Not our best choice to date.

Unable to check in at all. No front desk staff and building was locked when I arrived. I sent the hotel a message that I would be arriving at 5:30 am (I booked the room for the night prior yo my arrival). When making the booking it did not state that check-in hours were limited to 8 am to 9 pm. Attempted to contact the hotel with the contact number provided, but no answer.

It was perfect for staying close to family that lives near by. Good food options too. Uber was quick to pick up and train station was an 8 min walk. Room was clean and had lots of room.

청소가 안되어있음. 밥먹고 나서 튄 국물이나 화장실 청결도 등 전반족으로 숙박업이라는 인식보다는 공간 대여업소같은 느낌이 드는 숙소였음. 요금이 아주 싼 곳도 아니고 특히 외국관광객들에게 적은돈도 아닌데 청결관리를 엄청 대충하는게 매우 불쾌함.

시설은 깨끗하고 좋았는데, 온도 조절이 안 되서 밤새 더웠어요. 찬바람이 필요해서 창문을 열면 춥고 목이 아프고 창문을 닫으면 덥고, 어떻게 조치해야 할지... 프런트에 전화하니 창문 열고 보일러 외출로 맞추면 된다고 하는데.. 그래도 조절이 안 됬어요.. 개선이 필요해 보입니다!!

建物の玄関に着いてからホテル・スタッフに会うのが難しい。

韓国の高層アパート（日本で言うマンション）の空き室をホテルとして有効利用しているようです。困ったのは、到着してもフロントらしきところに人が居なかったことです。書かれていることは韓国語なので意味を理解するのが難しく、フロントに書かれている電話番号に電話してやっと連絡がとれました。結局、上の階の一室にホテル運営スタッフの若い人たちが２，３人いて、そこにたどり着いてからは問題なく快適な滞在ができました。一階の無人フロントからスタッフがいるところにたどり着く方法を、あらかじめ示しておいて欲しかったです。後で到着した人も困っている様子だったので、教えてあげました。 私は５年間近くソンドのアパートを借りて住んでいたので、懐かしかったです。K.N.

管理の方が本当に親切で助かりました！

仁川空港で早朝便の為、寝るだけなので値段も手頃で空港に比較的近いこちらを予約しました。高層マンションの一室を貸し出すスタイルで、自宅の様に過ごせます。アメニティやタオルは持参おススメです。シャンプートリートメントボディソープはありました。キッチン、洗濯機も。 マンション名なので、最初は場所を間違えたかと焦りましたが、入り口写真が一致してすぐ分かりました。 マンション下には２４時間のドリンクショップ、コンビニなどがあります。夜中はスーパーは閉まっていました。 早朝フライトの為タクシーが必要で、本来なら無理なのに管理の男性の方が朝早く起きてタクシーを呼んでくださりました。荷物も運んで下さり、私は韓国語を話せないのですが、とても親切にして下さり感動しました。 早朝のタクシーで仁川空港まで３０分かからず。タクシー代を払っても、明洞ホテルに泊まり朝タクシーで空港に向かうより安価で、トラブルも少ないかと思います。 お名前を聞けばよかったです。 親子で利用しました。本当にありがとうございました。空港にも余裕で到着する事が出来ました。
