Over all a good hotel, however the breakfast buffet was a complete letdown. 90% of the food was cold when it should have been hot and it was overpriced. To be honest I would expect much better from a large chain like this. Do yourself a favour and get breakfast evselwhre.

In general, it is ok (4 out of 5). Here, I want to mention 2 things I did not like. #1. Multi electric plug was not supported. There were 2 wall-mount plugs but both were being used by TV and Internet. I asked the staff to provide me multi plug for my laptop charge but they refused my request saying to unplug tv when I need to use my laptop charge, which was so much inconvenient for 3 week business trip. #2. Floor carpet looks old showing many dark spots here and there. It did not smell but still felt something bad. I was not sure if other rooms were same but my room was like that.

30 mins from airport as it’s good option if you have early flight. Staffs were great, the hotel area is convenient, lots of seafood restaurant

The Hotel is definitely warn and requires some updating.. COVID protocols were in effect so I had no access to any bar or restaurant facilities which was troublesome..

Parts of the room was a little dirty. They had a massage machine in the room, but it had a lot of what looked like dead skin from the previous guests. Overall it was clean, but points like that made it feel dirty. Also, the site said 1 queen and 1 single, but they gave us 1 king instead without asking.

There was some smells in towels. Also, they use only paper cups for coffee, tea and juice. I think regular cups are better than paper cups for coffee and tea

Reasonable rate hotel close to airport
It was nice for me to stay at Ramada Incheon excepting one thing. There was no shuttle between airport & hotel so I had to spent 70,000 won for return trip by taxi. There was no public transport facilities near by. breakfast was ok for money.

Outstanding service
Outstanding customer service from the reception desk. When I arrived a few hours early to check in into my room they made an effort to get me a room so I can relax from a long flight I had. I would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel for their professionalism toward customers.

Main restaurant on top floor was never open (one of the main reasons we stayed there). We went to visit the live bar and we were told "No table for you". There was only 3 tables being used. Cups provided were all cracked and leaked red wine all over clothes and tables. Comforter had blood on it and other stains on the replacement one. Bedding was only changed when we stripped down the bed ourselves and had them change it (we were there for 13 days). Walls and carpets were very stained. We asked for a microwave and were told they didn't have one. Second week in we asked another person up front and had one within 5 minutes. No laundry service as stated on site. Laundry facility had no products in vending machine. Staff was extremely nice!

Basic clean room. Good for business trip. This hotel is located near fish market and along the river for a nice run. Have stayed at a number of other hotels in the area - there are at least 7-8 within a five minute walk. Would likely return to one of the other hotels next time
