"We arrived early, staff held our bags for us and even had them in our room for us when we returned. Very wonderful room and staff. Hotel is located in a great location so that it is very close to the sites and food, but just off the main street so that you don't have to hear all the nightlife. Room was great with entire wall set up for movies. Not much of a breakfast, but if you're not eating in Chinatown.... would recommend and would definitely stay here again!"

The rest of the city is reachable by metro (train) in the opposite direction, not difficult, even though you have to change trains. "Lotte City Hotel Guro was a great hotel to stay at. The hotel is well kept and the staff was nice and very helpful. Location wise, it was between a 25 to 35-minute train ride from everywhere I wanted to go around Seoul. It was around a 5-10 minute walk away from the nearest train station. The neighborhood the hotel was based in had a lot to offer as well (convenience stores, malls, restaurants, etc.). The gym, outdoor terrace, and onsite laundromat were great. It is also right by a bus stop that takes you to ICN airport which was very convenient. Would stay here again."
