Up on arriving the guy at the front desk was real rude. I had to put a $75 deposit down for the room do not said the website. Get to the room they don’t look nothing like the pictures on the website. The room was nasty stain on sheets, showers, toilet, towel was nasty and smell like smoke. People was hanging out in the parking lot. I didn’t feel safe. Next day I made it back to the room around 12:00 PM and was locked out of my room to go to the front desk and get another key card. Overall this was a horrible experience. I would never use this place no more.

For the money it's a good deal, the room was clean and no bed bugs! Or any other bugs. It is slightly out dated some things like flat pillows, couple holes in the comforter, small things like that but not a deal breaker, for me any ways. Consider that other rooms in that part of town go for a lot more than what we paid. Staff was friendly, helpful and room cleaning service was good. Their pool a open and clean. I would stay there again for sure, lots of places to eat near by. And quick access to interstate. They did put a deposit on my charge card and still waiting on that.. In which there should be no reason to not get it back, but if I don't then I will come back and up date this review because if I don't get it back then you might as well stay at a nicer place. By the time you figure in deposit amount.

Have stayed here several times in past when i arrived at 7pm was told i needed a 75.00 deposit i was gladly going too give 75.00 cash deposit but was informed they would not give me a reciept for the deposit that id never been asked too pay before ....i politely asked too speak too manager was informed she would not contact manager .....so i told her too cancel my reservation and a week later still have not returned my money

Room was fairly clean except it looked like there was black mold in the bath tub grout. The room smelled like smoke because it is a motel and people stand just outside their rooms with the door propped open and smoke. I wondered why the bathroom vent fan was on when I arrived. Now I know.

Reserved a room just for the night. Got into the hotel and there was a very musty smell throughout. Got to our room and there were tears in the couch, laminate torn off of the front of the nightstand and a hole punched through the bathroom door. Travels from Florida to Indiana being a single mom with 2 kids. Going for cheer competetion. Booked this hotel months in advance. While we were traveling dues to traffic and having to stop with kids and my feet swelling out of no where we got to hotel 30min past 3am was no aware there was a cut off time bc the website says 24hr. Knocked on front door this lady come up open the door said "what can I help you with?" I said we have a reservation and she cut me off said she already canceled it and goes to close the door on me, I said can we and she cuts me off again saying and we don't have any more rooms. Website said 6 available plus the 1 we were suppose to get so how is that possible. I had told cheer parents about that hotel and had about 5 other family's reserve rooms there (so I got business for the hotel and I got screwed bc I was "30min late) AT 4am I had to find another hotel for my n my 2 kids after traveling 30hrs... WILL NEVER RESERVE WITH ANY RES ROOFS AGAIN.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. I booked a total of five rooms, all on the first floor, and every single room had water leaking from the ceiling, apparently coming from the second floor. It was unacceptable that this issue affected every room we reserved. To make matters worse, I specifically booked non-smoking rooms, but all of them smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The odor was so noticeable that it made the rooms uncomfortable to stay in. For a reservation of this size, I expected much better maintenance and quality control. Water leaks and smoke odors in non-smoking rooms are serious issues that should have been addressed before guests checked in. I would not recommend staying here unless these problems are resolved.

It's sad to see this hotel take a nose dive in such a short time. We checked in on Friday July 3 and checked out July 5, 2026. When we went to the room we immediately noticed the latch was coming out of the door. The regular lock worked. So we didn't think much of it. The next morning we were awakened by a dog next door that barked for two hours straight. The girl at the front desk apologized but offered no resolution. The night of the 4th we decided to use the jetted tub. That's when we noticed mold all over the ceiling of the bathroom above the tub/shower. If a that wasn't bad enough we also noticed the hotel charged us two deposits. When I tried to call the hotel to report everything they did not answer. I still have pictures of the mold and busted latch. This has been our go to hotel for a few years and it's a shame that we have to find a new one. We paid entirely too much for the upgraded room to have this many problems.

We stayed here last year and the room was outdated but clean. Stayed here again for the same event and the room we got was bad. Hair in the sheets (we slept on a fresh sheet on top of the bedding), ripped comforters, considerable mold on bathroom ceiling. The front desk guy was nice and friendly. We won’t be back next year.
