Only good was friendly staff, safety lock on door was broke off, bathroom door would not shut, toilet was loose felt like it was going to fall over, when you stepped down on the plank flooring water would come up between the seams, tv remote only half worked.

So so place

Was a so so experience. Place was alright, but kind of expensive for what it was. Door was partially broken, headboard was broken, toilet wouldn't fill up to flush. All the workers I talked to seemed like they didn't care about much. Lots of people in the office complaining about their rooms. But, the bed was comfortable. And a nice sized room.

This was the most disgusting hotel I have stayed at in my life- I would have immediately left if there were ANY open rooms elsewhere. There was blood on the sheets and bathroom door frame, “love making” stains and cigarette holes on both bed sheets, bugs, no aerator on the sink and toilets and sinks that hardly drained. The mattress were for a cot and too small for the bed frames. Best part of my stay was checking out.

Will never stay again!

The staff at this hotel are so friendly, but unfortunately, thats where the nice comments end. Upon arrival, we were told there would be a $200 fee is they feel someone smoked in the room. When we arrived to our room, it smelled like old smoke and the smoke detector had been removed. We informed the front desk who said they would put that in our profile. When going theough the linens, everyone had stains. Thankfully, the staff were quick to give very clean, newish looking linens. The room walls hsd so many pin holes it was ridiculous. Whoever manages this hotel does not care to invest in their property. The staff were the only positive!

Clean, but in poor shape

The room smelled funky, and the shower was not in the best condition. There were some stains on the comforter, and there was a crack in the sink. Not all the tv channels worked, according to the desk clerk, who was very nice. I didn't check. No vending. The room was clean. They require a refundable $50 deposit, which they dont tell you until check in.

Worst hotel room by far

I always had good experiences at Red Roof Inns, until now. Let’s start with the positive: the water pressure was good. It seemed the room had been clean except a large glob of something on the bathroom counter. The hand towel hanging next to it was stained and so I decided to not use it, instead covering the glob with the hand towel to avoid touching it. I had to work, so hours passed before I began to settle in. I realized that all the linens were stained, frayed, or had holes in them, including the bedsheets. The unit seemed in the midst of construction, and neither of the lights above the beds worked. Areas of the bathroom were rusty and generally gross. It was only when I saw the cockroach, however, that I decided to take pictures. The location was convenient; I expected a low-end but acceptable room—yet room 150 was not to standards of Red Roof Inn or any hotel. It being late, in addition to being tired, I had no confidence in the front desk finding a better room. I reached out multiple times in multiple ways, only to get a run-around. Most disgusting room I’ve ever stayed in by far.
