Convenient to highway

One night stay on route to North Carolina. Convenient location just off highway; very nice staff. Good complimentary breakfast- better than expected. Hotel property is dated and in need of an update, but all in all not a bad place to rest your tired head!

The breakfast room could use some more options and the toaster burnt the toast every time! But I did really love the pancake maker! The staff were nice and understanding.

The whole hotel smelled like smoke. Our room smelled even worse when we opened the door. It was clean but not did feel clean. It is dated and has a run down feel. We ended up leaving and staying elsewhere. Staff was nice - no issues there.

Not bad, not great

It was super easy to check in and go to my room. The hotel and room were very clean. The water in the shower didn't get hot and the stopper for a bath didn't work. The TV didn't work. I was expecting more of breakfast items to be available but overall it wasn't a bad breakfast choice.

If you’re looking for a bed and nothing else, it’s ok. Got 2 rooms, my buddy who had the other room couldn’t get into his room, little man from the front desk was very rude and acted like he had never seen us even though we had literally just had just came from the front desk. Dude was literally screaming at us, really uncalled for. Luckily it was a minor fix. There’s a few decent restaurants close by. Except the McDonald’s next door, it’s incredibly slow and always sucks. Overall if you’re in a bind, it’ll do, outside of that I’ll pass the next time.

Not worth the money paid

For the money charged, the room was absolutely not worth it. I liked the fact that it had 3 full beds, but that was the end of my likes. The toilet handle was broken. The fridge didn’t work properly, as well as it still had food in the freezer portion. The tv would turn on, but nothing further happened. The heat was off and it was below freezing upon arrival. When I turned it on, and set it at 65, it set off the smoke detector and caused an odor. The room was outdated, which was okay, but I paid to have a modern room. As advertised for breakfast, my girls wanted pancakes and hot chocolate, which there were none of either. And we ate at 7 am, so it wasn’t as if they ran out already.

This place should be categorized as a motel not a hotel. Uncleaned bathroom with a very dirty tub, rusty handle, an old floor and a sink in a separate room. Carpet stained and ancient. Heating unit dusty and semi-functional. No elevator, no fitness room. Terrible breakfast, besides non-working waffle batter machine, few toasts, and some apples there was nothing else. One star is for clean sheets only.
