โThe room was spacious and well maintained. The area was quiet and made for a good nights sleep. Breakfast was included, basic but enough to get you ready for the day.โ

โExcellent property with friendly & helpful staff except for one incident at breakfast time.
My wife wanted to eat an item from the bar for breakfast. The male supervisor did not allow it - his reason was that food from the bar cannot be eaten at the restaurant- which was literally a couple of steps away from each other.
Even my wifeโs suggestion to pay for it at the bar & bring the item herself to the restaurant was disallowed.
To us, itโs totally baffling, unreasonable & nonsensical. ...
โThough the check-in time was 2:00pm, we showed up at the hotel at around 10:00am and were given our room keys, no questions asked! Thank you to the wonderful staff. โ
โFrom the moment we checked in the staff were friendly and attentive. Whilst the hotel is a little dated, the rooms are well-equipped and imaculayely clean. The cost of parking is reasonable and the hotel is located in a great position. The breakfast buffet was excellent.โ
โcozy room with large space! friendly receptionist! :) internet was quite fast too! its so close to everything such as gas station, supermarket! great to stay here for launceston airport! โ
โI loved how conveniently close it was to all the places I needed to go to in Launceston and right opposite the park.
My car did not like the steepness of the car park though, but considering the section of the city it was in, most of the accommodation in that area has the same problem.โ
