"The staff is very helpful and accommodating however the hotel itself was built with what I can only imagine is paper as walls. So you can hear everything in the hallway, rooms next door and outside! "

"Clean and spacious room with walk in shower. Convenient location with easy access to Dulles toll road, Reston town center, Herndon and Reston restaurants. Love the fact that they have hall monitors at night for safety and to keep the noise down! Will stay here again "

"There was confusion during check-in as the rental agency did not update the packet/keys with my information and the concierge did not know what to do. I had to call the billing department to confirm there was not a payment issue and that is how it was discovered that the previous renter information was left on the packet/keys that should have had my information updated. Not a huge problem, but did delay my dinner by approximately 1.5 hour which was rather inconvenient. "
