"The location of the hotel was excellent as was the room and cleanliness. It’s a stunning hotel with great decor. My only small complaint was the bar. Packed until late on Friday and Saturday night so unable to use it, when we were able to get a drink on the Sunday the staff were almost rude, it wasn’t somewhere you could unwind at the end of the day. "Just a few steps from the Metro entrance and surrounded by a bevy of restaurants. Safe area with lots of foot traffic. Excellent breakfasts with fantastic staff. Careful with upgrades before the visit…you probably won’t need them. Overall a great experience"

The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to start the day right. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.
