Der Heiderhof is a very classy hotel. Well appointed, beautifully decorated and a very helpful staff. The spa and work-out room were wonderful and the breakfast was excellent. There is not much to do in the immediate area but it is only 10 minutes to the city center and perhaps 20 minutes to all the outdoor activities of the AltMuhl nature preserve. My one disappointment was the bed. It was very hard, the pillow too flat, and the comforter too thick for a summer evening. I did not sleep well at all.

Vi er tilfredse

Vi har haft to overnatninger på hotellet og vi synes godt om det. Det eneste vi synes der mangler er engelsk oversættelse i spa området så vi kunne forstå de forskellige sauna’s bedre. Og måske en lidt mere tydlig kommunikation omkring det er med eller uden tøj spa området benyttes.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage. Kleinigkeiten sind uns in den Zimmern aufgefallen, die behoben werden könnten. Rauchmelder war keiner vorhanden bzw. lediglich dass "Gehäuse" hing an der Decke. Im Badezimmer waren leider noch Wasserflecken der vorherigen Besucher. Handtuch - Heizung schmutzig. Mitarbeiter waren sehr bemüht es allen Recht zu machen und sehr freundlich. Im großen und ganzen ein schöner, ruhiger Aufenthalt mit tollem Personal und insgesamt zu empfehlen.

Wir waren als Freundinnen für ein Wellnesswochenende in diesem schönen Hotel. Grundsätzlich waren wir sehr zufrieden, da das Hotel und auch der Wellnessbereich wirklich schön sind. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker und wirklich umfangreich! Ein paar Kritikpunkte gibt es aber leider trotzdem, die uns schon sehr gestört haben: 1) im August kann man keine Wellnessbehandlungen buchen (das steht aber leider in keinem Buchungstool - hatte Preise/Leistungen verglichen) 2) die Sauna hat nur Glaswände (kein Milchglas), sodass man sich schon recht beobachtet gefühlt hat, von Gästen, die nur mal eben den Bereich anschauen wollen 3) es gibt in der Sauna kein Hinweisschild oder Ähnliches, ob hier textil oder textilfrei sauniert werden soll. Das ist für beide Seiten irgendwie unangenehm. Ich persönlich finde es auch nicht sehr hygienisch bei 90Grad zu saunieren und dann in den gleichen Badeklamotten wieder in den Pool zu springen.. 4) obwohl das Hotel im August quasi leer ist, zeigte man sich für einen Late Check Out (es ging um 13 statt 12 Uhr) leider nicht flexibel. Was wirklich schön war ist die Umgebung.. es ist nicht weit zu einem kleinen kostenlosen Wildpark mit einem tollen Baggersee, der zum Baden/SUP einlädt. Es gibt auch diverse leckere Restaurants in Laufweite, wenn man nicht immer im Hotel essen möchte. Ein Einkaufszentrum ist auch nicht weit. Ich persönlich war viel joggen, was auch problemlos möglich ist. Also ich denke, wie würden nochmal kommen ☺️

Un piacevole viaggio di lavoro

Hotel molto moderno ed elegante, zona comune davvero tenuta bene e pulita. Area wellness molto grande, organizzata su due piani con bella piscina esterna e molte zone relax. Colazione da 10 e lode, vastissima gamma di prodotti ed ottima qualità. Purtroppo ho trovato la camera un po' datata con moquette diversamente pulita ed un un po' di cattivo odore. Peccato per questo dettaglio.

Der Heidehofist insgesamt ein sehr gutes Wellnesshotel. Es verfügt über einen tollen Pool im Haus mit künstlichhem Wasserfall, einer Strömungsanlage als Schwimmerlebnis, einen Whirlpool und ein Aussenbecken. Auch die Saunen einen Stock tiefer können sich sehen lassen und sind sehr gepflegt. Die beiden unterschiedlich temperierten Saunen, ein Dampfbad, ein Soleraum, ein Tepidarium, Ruheräume und ein paar Erlebnisduschen runden diesen Bereich ab. Es war nie überfüllt und man konnte im Innen -oder Außenbereich immer zur Ruhe kommen. Hier ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Öffnungszeiten des Wellnessbereiches erst um 10.00 Uhr. Hier wäre es vielleicht schöner wenn man um 09.00 Uhr oder 08.00 Uhr schon Zugang hätte. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und groß genug für 2 Personen. Einzig und allein eine Klimaanlage hätte bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen ein wenig für kühlere Zimmertemperaturen sorgen können. Die haben wir ein bisschen vermisst. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und hier kann wirklich jeder satt werden. Über das Lokal im Hotel kann ich nichts berichten, da wir 2x auswärts zum Abendessen gegangen sind. Alles in allem ist das Hotel aber sehr empfehlenswert

Freundliches Service - Team, sehr schön eingerichtete Zimmer und Bad, leider fehlt überall etwas mehr Sicherheiten, an Handläufe, barrierefreie Auf-/-bzw. Einfahrt für Behinderte. So schön das Bad ist, auch hier fehlen Griffe, wie auch am Einstieg in das wunderschöne Schwimmbecken. Gutes Frühstück, die Tage taten hatten was sehr Entspannendes.

Gute Ideen, aber von der Ausstattung absolut nicht der Sterne würdig. Super Eingangsbereich und sehr freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer und der kleine Sauna/Wellnessbereich waren jedoch sehr heruntergekommen, viele Abplatzer, Risse, kaputte Fliesen. In die Jahre gekommene Bäder, und Zimmer. Leider den Preis nicht wert.

Fantastisk hotel og SPA oplevelse.

Vi havde en rigtig god oplevelse med dette SPA hotel. Kvalitet og SPA var helt i topklasse og sammen med både et godt og rent værelse og en hyggelig restaurant som serverede rigtig god mad til prisen var det samlet set et hotel vi sagtens ville besøge igen en anden dag.
