"The candy at the concierge desk was not as good this year as last year! The lobby temperature was kept at chilly....not certain why? The only other thing I could mention is that the hotel doesn't have any kind of driving service (at least not for the "common" guests). I think they should accommodate short trips with guest car. Other than that, everything was done very well. Food and beverage was great, staff in general was terrific, the spa and related services were perfect. Our room was comfortable and the housekeeping service was wonderful."
