"The only ice machine was broken and no ice was offered from the bar on site without buying drinks"

"Staff was fine. Tv not working so I had to move to another room. Tv in new room a bit “off”. Key card not working so I had to go get that taken care of. No microwave. Lots of mold and run down furniture. Teeny tiny soaps. Homeless people everywhere. Noisy at times. "

"Loved the extra room in the suite. TV's were old and the water pressure was not very strong but we loved the 24-7 access to the hot tubs! Made the trip to be able to relax after Stagecoach!"

"Pros: Very clean and the front desk staff was kind. It was quiet at night. Cons: Staying near the pool area—very loud and there’s even a grill and lounge area where guests were grilling and playing music out of a big speaker. The breakfast was worse than the usual continental—the scrambled eggs were so oily they glistened and the coffee was unpleasant. The location was a little sketchy with it behind under a bridge by the highway across from a sad Motel 6, but also close to nice areas to drive to. The A/C didn’t have an auto fan setting so it loudly turned on and off all night. The pillows were AWFUL—so flat it was like using no pillow at all. Overall it was fine for one night and cleaner than the usual motels. But I have no idea how it gets an average 9.4 rating."

"This location is a long term rental location. We found bed bugs!?!! OMG NO!!! They refunded 1st night and canceled 2nd night. The health department need to get involved."
