We were fully-booked on 27/7/2019 and the air-cond suddenly starts leaking and we decided to upgrade your room. For your info, we upgraded you to Deluxe Room which is more expensive and bigger than the room you were supposed to stay. Although it has one queen size bed, we provided you with extra-mattress for free. We did the best we could to overcome the problem and once again we sincerely apologized for your disappointment. Dear Guest, Indeed the road is quite congested early in the morning because we located in the city centre. We apologise if you did not know this in advance.
