“Staff saw I was in line but decided to take a phone call instead & make me wait. Never told at check-in where the pool & restaurant were. Handicapped parking spaces a joke; they were narrower than regular parking spots; not fit for a car. The pictures on the web of the ocean view did not match the real view, very disappointing to pay extra for the view & not get it.”

“Customer service willing to help and assist. Richard ( helped on special breakfast delivery and showing us around and new rooms for future reservations) and Jan helped with baggage at check in) were very helpful going above and beyond their task to help in order to please us and to help us with our requests.”
