“Recommend the 5 Bells and their team very highly. Both relaxed and very professional, from the minute I checked in to a great breakfast. I was en route to the channel tunnel. If you’re doing the same stay here, seriously.”

“We didn't have breakfast there. Bar offered a good choice of drinks. The extractor fan didn't work in the on suite but it was kept very clean. The stairs to the room were quite steep and the doors were very close together making it a little difficult to manoeuvre. The toilet was quite tall so shorter people may find their feet wouldn't touch the floor. The bed was very comfortable.”

“I’m so pleased we chose this place for our weekend away. We were greeted by Sandra, who was incredibly warm and welcoming, and she showed us to our room, which was spotless and a great size for two people. We were given our own keys, so we could come and go whenever we liked. The guest house had a lovely, homely feel and was peaceful throughout our stay, making it the perfect place to relax. “Everything was just so perfect! ”

“The English breakfast was good. We stayed at the Flint House. The room was sufficiently large and the bed comfortable. Had issues with the temperature in the room. Asked for the advertised space heater and was told they were all dispersed and none available. Also the water pressure to the toilet was very weak. However, even with these issues the stay was pleasant enough.”

“Our stay at the ship inn was lovely. The room was spacious and modern, the bed was really comfortable, the bathroom and walk in shower were delightful. We didn’t have the breakfast as we had other plans with friends. This is a help yourself continental style breakfast, which looked quite basic but perfectly adequate.
