I visited this hotel last week with family however on arrival our check in was a disaster. I showed Reception my itinerary, a man named 'Mr Khan' dealt with my check in. He was very confused and all over the place. The first thing he said to me was "what time will you be checking out tomorrow?". The itinerary was right in front of him on the desk which clearly stated that we were staying for 7 nights. I wasn't impressed, I found that very rude. I explained I have booked and paid for 7 nights. He then apologised and went on to check the system. He then went on to explain the hotels facilities and said "breakfast is not included within your booking." Again, he was wrong, breakfast was included and I stated this to him. He obviously didn't believe me as he then said "can you show me where is states breakfast is included?" I pointed at my Itinerary where is clearly stated 'Breakfast Included'. After this, we finally went up to our room, opened the door and to my horror the room was not what was advertised on their website. They knew we were a family of 5 adults, however gave us a room which had only 1 double bed and 1 single bed. There was no place for two of my family members to sleep. I wasn't happy with this arrangement, therefore went to Reception straight away and asked them to change my room so we had beds for 5 persons. Mr Khan said to me "you can ask for many things, but I can only give what I have." my overall experience was not good, I wasn't happy with my stay
