This Hotel is Excellent to stay in Istanbul. Location is very great for exploring the city, right in the Heart of Sultanahmet and close to all tourist activities. Close to public transportation and within walking distance to many places of interests. The hotel itself and the rooms are very well maintained and super clean. The breakfasts were decent and there several restraints right next to the hotel and a food supermarket for fresh food and alcohol and other stuff. The staff was well beyond perfection for helping with everything to make us feeling at home and more. Especially I would like to mention and praise Dimitri who was excellent and superb helping us from the day of our arrival and the day of leaving Istanbul. Definitely recommend this Hotel 100 % and definitely will stay there and only there. Dimirtri and all staff at the hotel, greetings from Canada Vladmir and Tatiana. Travelled Oct 7-Oct 12 ,2026

Very convenient location, good breakfast. Staff helped arrange airport shuttles. Rooms were clean, but very small. No where to even put two open suitcases. Not the hotel's fault but there was loud, late night construction in the adjacent building.

Nice quiet room. Very helpful staff. Very good buffet breakfast and Ira was a really good host in the breakfast room each morning. We were there for six nights and each morning we were greeted with a big smile from Ira and the staff at breakfast. Does this girl ever have a day off? She was still there each evening!! Long hours!! Excellent stay with location very good for sight seeing and shopping and eating.
