Good place to stay. Close location to the Center, to metro, etc. Rooms are good but some equipment doesn’t work well (high shower didn’t work). It’s our second time in this hotel and we definitely will stay there again as it is optimal cost/quality rate.

I’m requesting for refund for the two nights that we were staying due to the fact that this hotel it’s not a 4 stars hotel it should be considered a two star hotel. They have disco downstairs with the music on until three in the morning very noisy the lobby smells the toilet was leaking Carpet was all dirty pretty much very old hotel and the money was not worth it to spend so please make sure I get my refund back. Thank you greatly appreciate it.

Fue una cantidad cuando se reservo y no la respetaron cuando hicimos el check out, cobraron cantidades de más, casi 200 euros por 3 noches. Además nos salieron chinches en el cuarto y lo comentamos en recepción y nos cambiaron de habitación a una suite, aunque ya no se durmió igual.

The best part of my experience at the Collage Pera were my interactions with the staff. Ismael and Yunus were particularly friendly and hospitable. Both answered all of our questions thoughtfully and ensured we had the best experience of Istanbul. Transportation to Istanbul airport was arranged by the staff, making our trip that much less stressful. Taxi was a fair price. The location of this property was excellent. Very close to great restaurants and bars and many of the tourist attractions. Transit is very close by as well. Staff were friendly and helpful when we needed them. Felt we got good value overall.

Its has a very convenient location. Its next to istiklal street and shishane metro station. Theres a very cool night life around it but the rooms are still quiet, clean and relaxing.

This is a joke of a hotel. The rooms are in a run down condition. We booked a SUPERIOR room and were given one with a window that opens to a maintenance shaft. Hence, no window. We had to pay extra to be upgraded. Breakfast is a hostel standard one. Rotten apples. Unwashed cucumbers with mud on them. The cleaning of the room usually took few minutes and consists of changing towels. The staff at the front desk seem to have a side scam business going on. They book you a cab and collect the money in advance. This means that they take their cut from the taxi driver. They tried to take our train card telling us that it will expire in less than a month. We've been coming to Istanbul for years and been using the same card. Hence, another scam. Final word of advice, stay away of this hotel.

Very pleasant stay
Was apprehensive before leaving but this is a very good hotel. Our room was upgraded to a suite, so plenty of room with the kids. Breakfast was okay and all of us found something to eat. Very conveniently located and close to amenities. Our room was at the back but we could hear faint music until around midnight on 2 of the 4 nights we stayed but it wasn't as bad I expected. Special thanks to Onder, who couldn’t do enough to help. Thank you to you and your staff for making it a pleasant stay.

Nach Anfragen wurde uns super ein Transfer organisiert somit mussten wir nicht herum recherchieren welches am zuverlässigsten ist. Der Kontakt war von Anfang an sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Herr Önder hat uns sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein tolles Zimmer gemacht. Er hat uns auch am Tag des Abfluges kontaktiert und uns informiert das der Transfer am Flughafen SAW auf uns wartet und auch nach Ankommen immer wieder nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist. Es ist ein schlichtes aber sehr nettes Hotel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Werden nächstes Jahr definitiv wieder kommen. Danke an das liebe und nette Personal. Alle sind sehr freundlich

Nettes und freundliches Hotelpetsonal. Top gelegen direkt an der Metro Station Sishane (Ausgang 6. Daire / Beyoğlu) An- und Abreise entweder mit der Metro Istanbul Flughafen (2x umsteigen) bis direkt zum Hotel. Oder 1 Station hoch zum Taksim Platz und von dort aus in 45 min mit dem Havabus für 5 Euro zum Flughafen. Zimmer zum Innenhof und daher überhaupt keinen Strassenlärm und super ruhig.. Absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel.

WISH I COULD GIVE A MILLION STARS, By far best hotel I’ve been to in terms of the staff and help they gave us, it is a small hotel 4 floors each around 5 rooms each floor, new, rooms are huge with a bed and separate area with couch and sitting area and a full huge bathroom. Regarding the staff they are very helpful, once I needed to buy a gift and the reception walked with me outside and brang me to the place I could buy it, they gave us transit cards, they booked the taxi to the airport and at the last minute when we were supposed to go we figured we needed 2 taxis and they arranged it very fast for us. The breakfast is free and has a normal variety. The area is perfect in Beyoglu which is between Taksim and Sultanahmet. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Overall impression is good, I wouldn't choose the top floor rooms if you have issues with sleeping, the AC engine is quiet noisy.

Pleasant stay
Good hotel in the center of the Istanbul nightlife. Close to public transport. Staff was helpfull. The district is not one of the most convinient.

College Park Hotel
The only disappointment we have about that place that there is no exhaust fans in the bathrooms and Restaurant downstairs plays loud music and it’s very hard to sleep with that noise. The hotel stuff was excellent. Ismail , Imran and kitchen staff Were very helping and caring. The hotel is at walking distance to Metro Station I think called Shesane

Completely disaster
I have to say that it is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in Turkey for over one month. Firstly, the photos which shown at the Hotel.com (and other websites) are wrong. I was given a room which is much smaller than the one shown at the photos. I was told that it is their mistakes for posting wrong photos but I reveive no apologizes or any compensations. Secondly, the soundproof insulation is poor. You are going to be awakened very early by the noise of people talking or having breakfast at the courtyard at the morning. Thirdly, I think the hotel is clearly overpriced and isnt 4 star hotel overall. The bed, the amenties, breakfast, and the services that they provided made them better be rated at 3 or 2 star. You are able to find a better hotel at this price

Het hotel ligt op een hele goede verbinding naar alles waar je moet zijn in Istanbul. Hygiëne mocht wat beter zoals er was wat schimmel aan de zijkanten van de douchecabine en de kamer zellf mocht ook worden stofzuigen. Voor de rest hebben wij hier een leuke ervaring opgedaan 8/10

This hotel is like a garbage. It is better to say; the quality of the room and service was less than a hostel. This was one of the worst experience and hotels in our life. Smell bad, dark and dirty room, broken sink, dirty toilet, dirty bed, broken light. I booked a Triple Superior Room for my wife and her parents for one week and insured the reservation. When they got there, they gave them a standard room instead of Triple Superior Room which is much cheaper. I called Expedia to cancel this hotel and book another hotel for my family but the representative said they can not cancel it due to the hotel policy and I have to call hotel and ask them for cancellation ( simply Expedia ignored to support their customer). I called hotel and asked them to cancel the booking or change the room or at least clean the room and fix the sink and lights but unfortunately, they didn't do anything and ignored our request to give a Triple Superior room to my family. Meanwhile, I booked another hotel and my family left Collage Pera Hotel. I had to call expedia and hotel for three days and finally the insurance got involved and I was able to cancel it and get refund just for four days. Please Don't Trust the advertising about this hotel, mostly photos are fake and the hotel staff are so rude. Please don't waste your time, money and comfort with #CollagePeraHotel.

Nice hotel
A great stay in Collage Pera Hotel with perfect location to Istiklal street and Sishane metro station. The staff is very kindly and the rooms are clean. The breakfast was average.

Very bad for the price
The view from the room was horrible, facing a dark place between the buildings with no possibility of natural light or fresh air. The carpets on the floor and sheets on the bed looked and felt dirty. There was a loud sound in the room coming from the pipes behind the walls almost all the time.

Otelin yeri çok iyiydi. Odalar küçüktü ama bence yeterliydi. Şehir oteli olarak fazlaydı bile. Minibarın tl olması ve fiyatların abartı olmaması da rahatlığıyla birlikte istanbuldaki adresimiz olabilir.

Unico punto positivo è la posizione, davvero perfetta per girare la città. Molti sono stati i problemi: in camera faceva un caldo infernale e non c'era possibilità alcuna di controllare la temperatura. La mia camera era all'ultimo piano e sul tetto c'erano delle macchine/ventilatori in funzione che facevano rumore H24. Ciliegina sulla torta, mi chiamano un taxi di fiducia per essere accompagnato in aeroporto che prova a fregare cercando di raddoppiare la tariffa inventandosi di aver concordato la stessa con l'hotel

L'emplacement est magnifique, lhotel est proche de istiklal street, station de stram, arret de bus et la tour Galata. Il ya pas mal de petits bars, phrmacie et supermarché a cote. Les chambres sont confortables ( par contre la premiere nuit on m'a mis dans une chambre a la cave qui sentait la cigarette ! Mais on me l'a change le l'endettement) Le personnel est très sympa et a l'écoute. Mention spéciale au Mr qui sert le petut dej le matin ( dommage je nai pas pu retenir son prénom) il me préparer chaque matin une tisane avec du miel parceque j'étais enrhumée. En gros je vous conseille cet hotel et je n'hésiterai pas dy revenir next time.
