Brand new fabulous hotel! Incredible spa facilities, great service and wonderful restaurant. Could not imagine a better way to cap off our time in Turkey before an international flight.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What really made the experience special was the staff — everyone was extremely polite, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. They were always willing to assist and made me feel very welcome. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended!

The hotel is brand new and close to the airport. You’re given the warmest welcomes from the staff the moment you enter the property. Exceptional!!! We had drinks and food at the bar. The food was great and the bar tender and servers were awesome!!!! Would definitely go back and stay at this property!!! If you’re craving a burger get the smash burger. Delicious!!! Beware of the taxi drivers. The fare should be around €6. Only downside they don’t have a shuttle service.

Clean and tidy hotel with a convenient airport location. However, the service needs improvement . My parents asked for a cup of water when they arrived, but unfortunately no one helped them. I expected better service from Hilton.

The hotel is brand new so all the rooms are spotless , we did not have time to check the pool or gym. However the restaurants are not open yet so there is only room service. The room service was ok nothing special. In general they are still working out some kinks and getting fully operational. Also getting to the hotel was somewhat confusing they did have signs but they were not the most obvious for where to exit and where to go. Also no shuttle offered from the hotel is annoying as that would add to the convenience. Basically it's a 15 min walk from arrivals and you have to stay on the lower level do not go up to departure floor. Walk towards the metro/ mosque and you can enter the hotel from the backside.

The hotel is immaculate being that it is brand new. It’s nice, and convenient to airport but a bit pricey.. there is no direct walkway from the people mover to hotel, I had to lug luggage and pull luggage over curbs to get to front door of hotel( in rain) . Staff seem like they are still figuring things out. The ‘market’ that is usually at these hotels ( grab snack/drink) wasn’t open yet… when I asked does the bar have a coke.. their answer was ‘ not sure’ . I asked if the rooms had snacks/water I could charge to room, they said no. So I was able to buy a water and coke at the bar… only to find 2 free waters in room. The other annoying thing was that there is carpet throughout the hallways which can make pushing your luggage a little difficult. Overall slightly frustrating experience. Hopefully once they work out the kinks.. the experience will be better.
