The hotel is nice an clean, the room is clean. The room has a dishwasher, a stove and an over and a fridge. The bed is comfortable. The staff is very nice and very accomodating. Overall a very nice stay.

Very clean and welcoming

Super clean and very comfortable stay we had. I have no single bad words to say about Joy suites. Very close to metro (underground) and Taskim square is only few minutes away. There shops around for groceries etc.

One room with AC and the other is not and added to that The AC was not working , when complained they said i have to stay in the hot room till next day morning then I discovered they are double the same for all , when I requested a refund as my room is not ready they refused and the worst part expedia also not helping instead sharing with them the fraud Sadly i had to leave as i have family with kids to another hotel without any compensation

Die Bushaltestelle war keine 5 min entfernt. Man hatte Supermärkte in der Umgebung und überall die Möglichkeit Geld auszuzahlen ggf. zu wechseln.

Honestly it was amazing the suites located in a quite area just 50 meters a way from harbiya bas station and 15 min from osmanby metro and everything is close to you such as 2 gym supermarkets such as carrfoor . Joy Suites son derece merkezi bir yerde bulunuyor, buradan kolayca Taksim, Beşiktaş, Nişantaşı ve ya Şişli'ye yürüyebilirsiniz. Merkezi olmasına rağmen, gürültü konusunda sıkıntı yaşamıyorsunuz. Odalar son derece temiz, modern, sıcak ve rahat. Hiç bir konuda sıkıntı yaşamadık diyebilirim. Resepsiyon'da bulunan arkadaşlarımıza da ayrıca teşekkür ediyorum, her konuda çok yardımcı oldular, son derece kibar ve anlayışlılar. Fiyat - performans dengesini son derece iyi bulduk, kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Nice but not cozy

Nice and clean place, not cozy though, atmosphere is quite cold like an empty house. And as others said, there is no privacy cause no wall insulation (hard to sleep even for voices from other rooms). Staff was kind and friendly.
