Magnificent view & good position
구시가지 sultanahmet 트램역 바로 옆이라 이동하기가 정말 편합니다. 방 내부가 그리 넓지 않고 전반적으로 낡은 편이지만, 식당이 있는 루프탑에서 보는 광경이 그 모든 것을 상쇄시킬 수 있을 정도로 멋집니다. 조식도 좋았어요. 구시가지에 있는 호텔 선택 시 적극 추천합니다.

얼마전 숙박했습니다. 짐들어주시는분과 프론트에 계시는분 모두 너무 친절하세요! 다른곳으로 이동하기위해 호텔택시를 이용했는데 그분도 친절했어요. 조식먹는곳은 분위기있고 음식은 터키 대부분의 호텔들과 별다를게없어서 딱히 기대는 하지 않으시는게 좋아요

위치와 호텔 옥상 전망이 매우 좋습니다.
골목에 위치하고 있어서 호텔을 찾아가기에는 어려웠습니다. 생각보다 규모가 크지는 않았지만 술탄아흐멧에 위치한 호텔 치고는 현대적인 시설로 괜찮은 편이었습니다. 트렘역이 엄청 가깝고, 조식을 먹는 옥상 테라스에서 아야소피아와 블루무스크를 아주 가까이서 볼 수 있어 좋았습니다. 밤에는 더 환상적이었구요 비가 와서 옷이 젖어 곤란했는데 체크아웃 후에도 호텔 화장실에서 옷을 갈아입을 수 있게 배려해주기도 했네요.

신공항에서 공항버스 하와이스트가 술탄아흐멧 트램역 바로 옆에 섭니다 내려서 2-3분 거리에 위치해 공항에서 가기 아주 편합니다 호텔 주변에 아야소피아.블루모스크.그랜드바자르.지하궁전.오벨리스크.톱카프궁전.귈하네공원등등 모두 걸어서 가능한 거리에 있습니다 트램역은 1분거리고 호텔주변에 수많은 음식점.환전소가 있어 멀리 안가도 편하게 해결됩니다 호텔 5층에서 바로 눈앞에 아야소피아.블루모스크.바다를 바라보며 아침식사를 합니다 이 호텔의 모든 스태프가 무척 친절합니다 그러나 호텔 건물 자체가 너무 낡았고 호텔 입구는 레스토랑에 가려져 찾기가 쉽지 않습니다 방은 트윈을 썼는데 너무 좁아 수트케이스는 한개밖에 열수가 없었습니다 샤워부스는 몸집 큰 사람은 들어갈수 없을 정도로 작고 방음은 무척 취약합니다 옆방의 화장실 소리가 그대로 들립니다 창문은 앞건물과 거의 맞닿아 있고 건물도 거의 흉가같은 모습이라서 커튼을 열기가 싫었습니다 그렇게 완벽한 위치에 낡은 건물의 호텔이 안타까웠습니다 위치만을 선택한다면 퍼펙트~~

술탄아흐멧 트램정류장 바로 앞에 위치한 앰배서더 호텔~~ 블루모스크와 아야소피아와 푸른 바다를 매일 볼수 있는 위치가 아주 좋은 호텔이었습니다. 무엇보다 조식먹는 테라스가 너무 예뻤고 고객들의 편안함을 위해 늘 노력하는 직원들의 모습이 너무 좋았습니다. 덕분에 가족과 함께 소중한 이스탄불 여행을 할 수 있었답니다.^^

Not a hotel but a hostel
The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in the whole world. In the morning breakfast isn’t prepared in time. The food was terrible of course. Definitely the cold leftover food was just arranged on the rack. I paid for nothing.

가성비 굿 입니다...
이스탄불 구시가지에 있는 대부분의 관광지(아야소피아 성당,블루모스크,톱카프궁전,그랜드바자르 등)을 걸어서 커버할수 있는 위치에 있습니다.조식뷔페는 5층인데 테라스에서 블루모스크를 바라보며 식사도 할수 있구요..욕실비품은 양치세트 와 비누타올 말곤 다 있습니다.스테프들 모두 친절하구요...술탄아흐멧 트램역이 걸어서 1분?거리로 엄청 가까워서 다른지역 이동할때도 좋아요...

위치말고는 그닥 좋은지 모르겠어요 방음이 안되서 옆방에서 하는 말 다 들리구 윗층에서 계속 쿵쿵거리구.. 객실 상태도 엉망이었어요 안내받아 들어간방에 날파리? 같은 벌레들이 무지 많이 날라다녔구 창문 앞은 건물이 바로 붙어 있어서 열지도 못했네요

뷰하나는 끝내줍니다.
호텔방에서는 뷰가 나오지않지만 조식당에서 보이는 소피아와 블루모스크의 모습은 가장 편안하고 높은 위치에서 관람이 가능한것 같습니다. 식당의 음식은 노말하며 조금 일찍 가셔야 좋은 위치 앉아 뷰를 보시면 드실 수 있으리라 생각됩니다 호텔직원들은 아주 친절하며 퇴실하실때 터키 젤리를 선물로 받으실수 있습니다. 구글 맵을 이용하시면 아주 찾기 쉬우시리라 생각되며 짐이 있을 경우 맡겨놓으시고, 투어하신후에 체크인하셔도 무방합니다. 객실은 크게 좋진 않습니다만 깨끗하니 가격대비 만족하시리라 생각됩니다.

Best hotel
It was a very good hotel. It locates in the center of Istanbul old town. It tooks only a few minutes by walk to Blue Mosk, Ayasofya, Topkapi Palae and so on. The room was not luxuary but very clean. The terrace on the 5th floor was the best merit of this hotel. The staffs were very kind and the service was good. I recommend this hotel to whom want to stay in the old town of Istanbul with moderate expences.

여행지 숙박장소 정할 때 제일 중요하게 생각하는 것이 위치인데, 일단 위치가 너무 좋았습니다. 술탄아흐멧 트램에서 도보 3분? 아주 가깝고요, 직원들 영어 잘 통하고, 조식당이 작지만 깔끔하며 탑루프라서 경치가 좋았습니다. 체크아웃 할 때는 로쿰을 선물로 줍니다. 가격대비 만족하며, 추천합니다. Location is Best(only 3min Sultanahmet tram), Rception English very nice, Breakfast restaurant view Good!(It's roof top)

올드타운에서 최고위치
트램에서 내려서 길 건너 골목으로 들어가 까페거리 지나 왼편 작은골목에 숨어 있어서 자칫 찾기 어려울 수도 있어요. 하지만 올드타운에서 관광하다가 점심먹고 잠깐 들러서 커피 마시거나 잠깐 쉬고 나가기에는 최고였습니다. 무엇보다 장점은 옥상 식당에서 먹는 아침식사인데요. 뷰가 너무 감동적이고 오물렛이나 팬케이크같은 따뜻한 즉석요리도 해줍니다.

The receptionists were very kind and hospitable especially Selcuk. He made me feel welcome at the hotel and provided good guidance to me. Being my 1st time in Istanbul, this was really helpful. The hotel is a walking distance to Hagia Sofia and Grand Bazaar. I will recommend hotel due to proximity to the local attractions

We had a fabulous family stay at the Lapis Inn. We had a spacious family room which was cleaned daily and fresh water bottles added every day. The views from the terrace are amazing and the surrounding historical sites within easy walking distance. The area is full of restaurants and shops. Breakfast choice was brilliant with eggs cooked to order perfectly (thanks chef!). The staff were excellent - all friendly and welcoming. Fully recommended.

Everything was perfect ! The location was great ! Right on the best street with the blue mosque and Hagia Sofia 1 min walk away ! Rashid was really helpful at reception and so we’re the rest of the hotel staff. Breakfast on the 5th floor had amazing views ! The terrace is a really nice place to relax and take in the views. Loads of food places right on your doorstep as well! Will definitely be staying again !

This is my second time staying here and this time I’m really disappointed. The morning of my flight I had stolen items. Worth $400 I couldn’t locate them and was dissatisfied. My flight was super really so after searching everywhere I left. I didn’t receive any compensation. I’ll make sure to not stay here again… really ruined my trip.

our hotel is one of the most decent family hotels in sultanahmet. We have many guests who come and stay constantly. There has never been such a bad situation in our hotel. Then it turned out that the items you mentioned went to your country with your sister, but you still haven't corrected what you wrote here. I invite you to be more honest. We ask you to correct this unfortunate information about our hotel.

Had a lovely time. Great location. Easy to commute to all landmarks. It’s located in the heart of Istanbul. Will recommend!

Posizione eccellente per visitare i monumenti La terrazza della colazione sicuramente il punto forte Unica pecca non potevamo aprire la finestra la camera era l'interno e dava su una cucina di un ristorante Anche le altre essendo palazzi vecchi avevano i palazzi attaccati ma almeno avremmo potuto aprire due minuti la finestra Per il resto il personale super gentile

Shower head so badly calcium encrusted, water came only out the sides. Biddet inside the shower, felt unsanitary as water would splash out of the biddet onto you as you tried to shower with the restricted shower head. Shower was very mouldy. TV did not work at all. Room felt like it had no noise insulation, could hear everything, footsteps, people speaking. I stayed on the 4th floor underneath the rooftop restaurant, staff sat out on the 5th floor until 2am chatting, lack of insulation meant I could hear everything. Small selection for breakfast. Staff seemed indifferent and not approachable or friendly.

Good location but the pics on Expedia are misleading. Equivalent of a 2* hotel. Very ok breakfast too. No real window - overlooking the AC ducts.
